Comment : I got my state emissions inspection today at Sun Auto Service and it was so quick, easy, and affordable. I made a same day appointment online and it only took 20 minutes! They gave me a handy online report, as well. I ll be going back for my next oil change!

Comment : 5 Stars isn t enough for the awesome crew at Sun Auto Svc. in Bee Cave! I had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Brooke and they both were fantastic. I received a fair price and I was under the impression I was going to need brakes and they went through my entire brake system and informed me that I still had plenty of life left in my brake pads and he recommended saving my money and doing them when it s necessary. He could have easily sold me brakes and i would have been none the wiser to it. That alone speaks volumes about the integrity of the fine folks at this Sun Auto location. They had my car all fixed up and ready to go in no time! I was expecting to have it in the shop for a couple days, so I was delighted to get it back in such a timely manner. They went above and beyond to assist me in getting my car picked up. There s no stuffy corporate robot vibe here! This is a real shop, that understands the complexity of every unique situation and handles it accordingly as opposed to a one size fits all approach to customer service. Very professional, clean and respectful work done by knowledgeable and experienced techs. The service advisors handled my repair order with great care and an eye for detail. Comment : Apparently, I left my oil filter wrench ON THE OIL FILTER last time I changed my own oil, and they were so kind to find it and give it back to me. Saved me from an argument, would have blamed my husband for misplacing it!!! Comment : First time visit this morning for an emissions inspection. Reception people very receptive and professional, despite their not charging anything to the shop itself PLUS adding a 10 point inspection of the car, also without charge. After a shorter than expected wait in the front office alcove, complete with a spotless rest room and coffee, the car was ready.
