Comment : Do not go here!! I had a flat so I was towed here. They promised to realign my car with 2 new tires, which they did. Fast forward not even 2 months, and one of these tires goes flat. It was so worn through, it was compared to a tire driven for YEARS. Nothing wrong with my car, but the alignment was so poorly done before that the mechanic asked me if someone i knew had done it personally. It was so badly done as if by an amateur.

I paid for a warranty on the tire, and now I wasted that money because it won't cover this tire so says them.

Out hundreds of dollars, told by these clowns that it was MY fault the alignment wasn't up to standards and I should have known better. I am NOT a mechanic and it is NOT my job. It is supposed to be theirs. Do NOT GO HERE.

Feeling scammed, I have never once had this issue until I went to this shop in 16 years of driving 5 different cars.

Comment : Mcmillen's Car Care is. NOT THE SAME AS Mcmillen's Towing. They are separate entities. The McMillan's towing used to be from the same area, however, the two are no longer affiliated. I felt I needed to say this for those that were confused and I did not receive service from McMillan's car Care. However, back in the day when I was much younger, my father and I used to go to them all the time and they were always wonderful.
