Comment : It is sad that my son worked hard to pay the repair of his car and after more that 4,000 usd payed the car is in worst conditions. I really trusted this place. It is sad that this happened and they did not take any responsibility. Never again!

Comment : My wife is having issues with her steering in her 2016 Ford Explorer. She brought it in for this. They proceed to tell her that "Yes we hear the noise you are complaining of coming from your steering", but would NOT give her a repair recommendation or estimate. INSTEAD, they proceed to give her a repair estimate for EVERYTHING under the sun that we already are aware and planning for. If you are a "Maintenance" shop, advertise that. Don't call yourself a repair shop if you are not willing to do ACTUAL diagnostics and repairs. "Oh there are no codes so there isn't an issue" is not the way to diagnose a car.

Comment : Extremely nice, in and out for a blinker bulb in about 5 minutes. Will take all of our cars here from now on. No attempts to upsell a bunch of stuff I don't need or trying to "create" issues that aren't issues like just about every other automotive place I have been to between Cypress and The Woodlands.

Comment : After spending 3k on a car worth 6k, they didn?t fix anything at all. I brought the car in for the first time to diagnose and fix a check engine and oil leak. It was just a bad sensor they changed it and the problem was fixed. The light came back on and they said it was three more sensors. I said ok ended up paying 1500 for the diagnostic and parts. After that I was driving the car when it just turned off on me. Had to push the car back home and called this place. Got it towed to this shop they ran the diagnostic after a week they told me it was the ipdm a 500 dollar part. They called and tried charging me 2400 dollars for this fix and that that the car still had a misfire and multiple other codes. So I ended up paying 1500 because they put parts on without verifying with me. So they discounted that. So I ended up paying 3k for me to receive the car running horribly and with a check engine light. They also left parts of my engine harness exposed when they diagnosed the part.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Under Qualified for services they attempt to offer. Inspections Rotations Oil Change is as far as I would go. I had them do the shocks which they told me was the reason for the noise out of the rear of the car. I agreed as I am not a Automotive expert and told them fine if that was the issue. Well I cannot belive that they felt it was fixed. The noise was still there the same. I took the tech for a ride he heard the noise how he did not before saying it was fixed. He took what I assume was the lead Tech for a ride and when they got back they begain to look futher and I explained nothing was any different at which point they professed that the Shocks were bad anyway. So they put another new pair of shocks on to my point a new pair and a 3 year old pair had exactly the same fault hard to believe? Another ride and same issue It took 4+ techs rocking the Car then they got the Manager out who helped the lead Tech in looking further. At that point I was told my rear axel bushing were bad and Appx $1200.00 to fix my issue. No faith at this point I said no. I checked into pricing further and got prices of $725.to $850. not $1200.00. I then took my car in to a trusted shop and they found lose axel Bolts tightened them at No Cost and problem solved. McKay was not qualified or was trying to be dishonest going to leave that open but my advice is look else where for your Automotive repairs in my opinion the proved there incompetence in there knowledge and skill in there job is entry level knowledge skill at best and not that in the diagnostic skill. Be aware use another shop!
