Comment : Went in hearing a noise with my newly bought truck from Carvana. Curtis was very prompt. Everything was taken care of and was back on the road in a timely manner. Other shops were giving us a pretty lengthy estimated time on getting us back on the road. Curtis handled the whole warranty process and had me back on the rd in two days. Driving smooth and no more noise when started! 😊 thank you again, McKay’s automotive. We will be returning customers.

Comment : We have been using McKay's Automotive for all our major repairs on several vehicles for many years. We can rely on them for fair pricing and to not recommend repairs that we don't need. They have diagnosed issues that other repair shops could not. We live pretty far away, but it's worth the drive. We highly recommend McKay's!!!

Comment : Had to get some work done on my truck. The inspection they did before any work was done was thorough. And made recommendations I did not think about for the milage on my truck.

Oil change was about half of what I pay at jiffy lube.

Work was done in the estimated time they gave me.

Comment : Took my vehicle to figure out what was wrong with the AC. As per usual Kurtis come back with the works basically stating it needs every component to an AC system which I was pretty sure was false. He Also added that there was problem with the computer and that it would be sent off to be fixed.2 months later, after sending the computer to whomever he sent it to twice, the ac still wasn???t fixed. I kind of figured there wasn???t really a problem with the computer. After the second attempt at sending the computer to this 3rd party they told him there was nothing wrong with it which basically meant the problem with the AC is unrelated. Ok??? fine. But what about the $800 I am being charged for this?Logically I wouldn???t be charged for nothing, right? WRONG. Instead of doing the right thing and NOT charging me for something that was not fixed I was offered to pay an additional $795 (the difference between what I already was being charged) for that 3rd party company to send a refurbished computer for my vehicle. I declined and was charged almost $500 for what the computer repair people charged him because they put a ???chip??? in it.I???d just changed the ac compressor prior to bringing it into Mckays and knew that was okay. I told Kurtis when I went in it Was just replaced so it didn???t need to be touched. After ???diagnosing??? the ac issue Kurtis called with all the issues he claim was the problem. He did not mention the compressor in the conversation but gave me a total of 3700 odd dollars for everything. When I come in to pay I find I???m being charged for a new compressor as well.After I picked the truck up the truck was cutting off when coming to a stop. This was not happening prior to taking it in for the AC fix. Whatever tampering that was done with the computer caused this. I emailed the store to let them know. No response.So at the end of the day (approx $3500 later) I end up with a rigged AC and a truck that constantly stalls at lights. I???m left to try to figure out what???s wrong with it. Emailed McKays and was ignored. Won???t be spending any more of my money at this establishment and I???d advise others to avoid.Took my vehicle to figure out what was wrong with the AC. Comment : Great friendly service. They will fix it the first time correctly and for a reasonable price. They communicate abd let you know what the issue is and let you know what issues may be coming up. Highly recommend McKay's. You will not be disappointed!
