Comment : I am so grateful to the entire staff and Curtis is a stand-up guy. This is the 2nd time the truck has been here and they have been able to accurately diagnose it and get it back on the road.

Comment : I gave this shop a try not one but twice. I brought my car in for an a/c repair, after a 4 hour wait the first time they charged me almost $400 and said it just needed Freon so they flushed the system and said it worked. Brought my car back after a few weeks due to the a/c still not working, came in at 10:40am this time they told me it was a torn hose and they had to order the part, the part arrived at 12 and the began replacing it. They were not done at 4pm when I told them I had to leave and to return my vehicle they proceeded to tell me that they could not get any of the cooling or heating system to work so the returned my car worse then when I brought it in and they still charged me $300 my glove compartment wasn’t put back correctly and all of the things from my glove compartment were just thrown on floor of my car. The man at the front desk gave me paper work saying that my car was working when they released it to me and I had to have him correct that part in ink, they have you wait in their hot room with a broken tv and no update whatsoever. Customer service is subpar. I do regret going back but I won’t be back again. Dear McKay…. DO BETTER!

Comment : Replaced a module. I feel that we knew going in it was the module but had to do extra steps to replace it, then I received my car with areas under the seat where they had to do the replacement was still exposed . I was a little irritated since I saw pieces of parts that could be broken due to the exposure. I also had to call for updates , where I think communication is key . To replace a TBS module it took 4 days to complete .( didn’t have to order anything since part was local) ***update instead of owning up to their mistakes they had the audacity to say it was like that! WOW !

Comment : Went in hearing a noise with my newly bought truck from Carvana. Curtis was very prompt. Everything was taken care of and was back on the road in a timely manner. Other shops were giving us a pretty lengthy estimated time on getting us back on the road. Curtis handled the whole warranty process and had me back on the rd in two days. Driving smooth and no more noise when started! 😊 thank you again, McKay’s automotive. We will be returning customers.

Comment : We have been using McKay's Automotive for all our major repairs on several vehicles for many years. We can rely on them for fair pricing and to not recommend repairs that we don't need. They have diagnosed issues that other repair shops could not. We live pretty far away, but it's worth the drive. We highly recommend McKay's!!!

Comment : Had to get some work done on my truck. The inspection they did before any work was done was thorough. And made recommendations I did not think about for the milage on my truck.

Oil change was about half of what I pay at jiffy lube.

Work was done in the estimated time they gave me.
