Comment : Stood waiting to pick up my car for 10 minutes while the person at the front desk was on a phone call. I was not acknowledged and the man was talking about stories his wife told him to the caller. I understand that callers deserve time, but there’s an appropriate way to handle it. Telling personal stories when you have people wait ain’t it. I was still kind and professional until the counter person thought he should mumble insults as I walked out. I was respectful before that despite being treated as a non entity. Go somewhere else!

Comment : I paid over $1,000 in labor and parts, only to drive off the lot with a service warning screen I had never even seen on my car before. You really don’t always get what you pay for.

Comment : So I brought my Mazdaspeed3 here for repairs. I have had to bring my car back 3 times for the same code and was charged multiple times and yet my cars code comes back. Now getting frustrated I get attitude from Curtis's office boy when asking for straight forward pricing. Funniest part is him saying do I want a proper diagnostic or to just throw parts at it. Y'all have just been throwing parts at it! Now they want multiple diagnostic charges and so forth. Curtis himself is very nice but this has been a pretty terrible experience. I'd recommend somewhere else
