Plus no return calls when I called about car when I left a message. Had to stop by shop in order to get an update because no one returned my calls. Would have been nice to have someone show and explain work done on car instead of just being given an invoice without any explanation of work. Plus when I tried to ask a question the response I received was your car is like it was before the accident. I felt rushed out of office and that the person either didn?t know the answer to my question or didn?t want to take the time to answer.
