Comment : McCarty’s Pro Towing were very quick and professional in getting my vehicle towed to their shop and the automotive side very quickly diagnosed the issue ordered the part and had us going very quickly. Would definitely recommend and will use again for towing and any future repairs.

Comment : It was a simple tire repair. The car came back with dents and black rubber streaks on one side after being changed on their crowded parking lot. Nobody knows how this happened. They sure wasn't going to except the fact that they did the damage. They will not tow another of my vehicles, ever.

Comment : Needed a truck towed from alley this morning. Called McCartys last Friday so they could check clearance in alley and make a plan. Well they did that and quoted me a price of 75.00. Great they showed up this morning pushed truck down alley to street. Went to pay and quote changed to 125.00. Needless to say I’m not happy. The guys they sent did a great job.But management could use some morals.

Comment : Absolutely ignorant, their lack of customer service skills has cost them any and all of my business. I called for service, and their ignorant bliss has cost them my business indefinitely when it could have been secured by them simply asking me two simple questions. Instead, my business now is with their competitors.
