Comment : I had such a great experience here with Ahmed, he was very helpful answered all of my questions (and there was a lot of them) he aloud me to go out multiple times to look at the vehicle and feel confident in my choice. He was also personable and easy to talk to (so was all of the other staff that I spoke while there. Alex, John and Dawn). I would definitely suggest working this staff and at this location.However, I requested a body clip for a lose panel on the car and instead of them reaching out to their other location to get this part for me that has me do all of the calling around to get thhe price for the body clip for them. Even the other locations employee said "Well that's not very good customer care having you call us." Which I agree, I also wanted the lock code for the vehicle as well extract so I could I could have access to all of my cars features. The hourly rate is 199 plus taxes when I told them that was the rate they only wanted to do the body clip. I information them that it's the hourly rate and it would be 209 plus taxes. They then wanted me to come to their location so they could put the body clip on. But seeing how they added an additional 299.00 for a Silent security fee on top of the price the (so it is taxed). Comment : Although the personnel was friendly, I found that they weren't transparent about a particular fee. There was a fee that they kept on calling a PA Documentation Fee, which was $477. I told each person I spoke with that I researched fees and the only fees were registration, tags, title, and county. They kept on referring to this fee as a PA documentation fee, implying that PA was charging the purchaser for this fee. When I signed the purchase agreement, I looked at the doc that I signed and the fee was referred as a "documentation fee," not a PA documentation fee. After purchasing the vehicle, I called Penn Dot DMV. They didn't know anything about a doc fee. I called and spoke w/the GM for clarification. He kept referring to the fee as a PA documentation fee. I told him I know that dealerships charge particular fees, but he kept referring to the fee as a "PA documentation fee" w/o stating that it's the dealership that charges the fee. Each of these people "implied" that the state charged the consumer a fee for documentation. After reviewing my signed, purchase agreement, I noticed there was another unsigned, itemized doc that I overlooked. On the line of the fee was typed, "Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorne" documentation fee. Not PA documentation fee. I would have purchased the vehicle anyway, but if I had known who was charging the fee, I would have tried to negotiate it. No way does PA charge buyers $477 to document the sale of a vehicle. BTW, I emailed the GM complaining about their lack of transparency and submitted complaints to both the BBB and the PA AG s office about the lack of their transparency in this matter. Comment : Nothing but good words for this dealership. I had recently been in an accident and in need of a new vehicle quickly. I was in search of a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy, as my totaled vehicle was a limited and I was in need of a slight upgrade. My fianc? called in and spoke with Chet, told him exactly what I wanted, and he had our deal done in a fraction of the time other dealerships had spent on it. Comment : From beginning to end it was a pretty smooth experience. From finding a listing online for a Hyundai Santa Fe 2022 with a reasonable price and getting to meeting person and hash out of deal.The staff they were very respectful and polite. Working through the paperwork and explaining all the steps and process that was required to buy new vehicle. Left no stone unturned and was straightforward with what they had to offer.One of the Sales Consultant, Mr Chet was on point with providing information and sending up a appointment date. He knew his stuff and didn't have me wondering if this was another vehicle that was just pulled off a inventory list to complete a sale.Fred beans was excellent with the paper work and outlining all of the details to be processed.
