Comment : I just finished purchasing a 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid and it was, as has always been here, a great experience working with the dealership and Tim Engle. I have purchased 4 cars from Tim, and each time I am impressed with how helpful he is and how much time he puts in. I also feel like he is an advocate for the customer in making sure they get what they are looking for at a really good price. The best part about working with Tim is there is zero pressure and zero sales tactics. When I first came in a few weeks ago and was unsure if I wanted to make the purchase, the only thing he did was work harder with his management team to bring me a lower price and a higher trade-in value, but with no pressure. I felt like the offer on my trade was high and the price was very fair. But I was still undecided and said I had to think about it. Tim told me to call him anytime once I decide what I want to do. I didn't get multiple followup calls from him or the manager with pressure tactics. I eventually decided to make the purchase but wanted a very specific color/trim level combination that was popular so hard to find as they were selling out. Tim had one on the lot but there was the tiniest (can barely see it) chip in the paint that Tim pointed out to me (I didn't even see it). They offered me a few options including repainting the panel, seeing if we could find another car with the same color/trim level from another dealership to bring in, or a very significant further discount on the car. I chose the discount. I was impressed that they pointed this out to me and gave me so many options of how to handle it and very happy to have got an even better price than what I had initially agreed to. They didn't have to point out the chip to me because I probably never would have noticed it... they could have just put a dab of paint on it and nobody would have ever know. But Tim and the manager Mike are very ethical in how they do business. Tim is also incredibly friendly and caring and knowledgeable about the cars. He spent a good hour+ with me making sure I knew how to use everything in the infotainment system. I didn't happen to see Mike Strenge (manager) this time as I happened to be there when he wasn't. However, I got at least 2 emails from him asking if there is anything I need from him once the purchase was done and thanking me... and I know he was very helpful behind the scenes in getting me the price and taking care of the small chip. I've only had positive experiences with the sales department at this dealership and if you are looking at a Hyundai, I strongly suggest you ask for Tim Engle to help you.

Comment : Nick Mozier could not have made the transaction any easier. I spoke with him on the phone and was skeptical it was that easy but it was. Jordan was also a pleasure to deal with finalizing the deal. I would definitely would recommend Nick if anyone is looking for a new car.

Tim was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient and supportive throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. I especially appreciated how open and transparent he was when comparing prices and exploring financing options. It really made me feel confident in my purchase. Comment : During my recent vacation I drove from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania to go to sesame place. My 2018 Tucson broke down on the new jersey turnpike with less then 30 miles away from our hotel. A quick Google search showed me a hyundai dealership close by to our hotel and with it being Sunday afternoon I had my vehicle towed here.
I called early Monday morning to talk to someone and explain why my vehicle was there. I spoke to a gentleman named Ryan who was very understanding of my situation. He took the time to listen to me. Asked questions and then figured out a solution that would work for me. He truly went I feel is above the customer service I am use too.
My Tucson was up and running by Tuesday afternoon. My family and I enjoyed the remainder of our vacation and drove home with out any problems.
Truly great service from Ryan and his service team.

Comment : I've been to multiple car dealerships trying to find a car thats within my price range. The people that work at Fred Beans Hyundai of Langhorn were beyond helpful at getting me in the car I wanted, and they worked with me to keep it within my budget. Aside from the car, everyone I spoke with was genuine and hospitable. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a car and great service.

Comment : Rebecca was my sales woman, she was professional, patient, and kind! She was very effcient and organized with the paperwork, and once everything was said and done, I could tell she was genuinely happy to be helping me. Everyone at the dealership were warm and welcoming. I even chatted it up with some other salesmen and customers!
All in all 10/10. Thanks for the new car Rebecca!
