Comment : I can't rave about Mazda of Escondido and Armando (the salesman), and Sean (financing) enough! From the start of the process to the end, Armando, Sean and team were wonderful. Never felt like I was being gouged, never felt pressured and was dutifully assisted AFTER I bought the car. Nothing but great things to say about that team!

Comment : The Sales person Michael was excellent. It was a no pressure deal! and he was upfront with me from the minute I walked in the door. Everyone was polite and very professional . I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. It was the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The finance guy was the same. Everything was seamless and flowed. Comment : I've taken our daughter's car into Mazda of Escondido for service several times. The reason for this latest visit was that I knocked the windshield sensor loose as I was cleaning the inside of the windshield. Couldn't get it back in place. I took it in to Mazda service and was assisted by Charles. He couldn't figure it out either BUT suggested I come back when the techs were back from lunch. I did that and Charles recognized me and immediately took the car back. Five minutes later it came back all in place. NO CHARGE! And Charles explained what to do if this happened again. Charles is a great example of super customer service and an excellent representative for Mazda. Great job!I've taken our daughter's car into Mazda of Escondido for service several times.
