Comment : My first experience was with Max a couple months into me buying my first car. I had my first big break ever, which ended up being a coolant leak. Max actually girst made his way on to base let me drive his car on just to take a look at my car, I ended up javing to be towed to his shop where the service was overall posotive especially this being my girst experience. He helped me out with setting up a loan as I didnt have the money upfront and did speedy auality work on my car while communicating with ke the whole time. I fully trust him over any other experience I ve had thus far and like I said he really helped me out I ve had literally no issues since. Comment : Greg and his staff at Max's Auto Service not only took care of my automotive needs, I was too sick to pick it up after servicing and Greg said, "no problem, you get better and pick it up then" Max's Auto Service, more than just an auto repair shop.

Comment : Had my vehicle dropped off at their shop and when I got it back my jump box that was in my trunk was missing. Gone $200 jump box, and also all the silver change that was in my cup holder was completely gone and the pennies were left.Its like so many cars at that place and the man claims that my doors were unlocked so a crack head just randomly chose mine to ramble through after hours.Had my vehicle dropped off at their shop and when I got it back my jump box that was in my trunk was missing. Comment : Great experience! I had car troubles during a road trip, leading to a long wait for AAA but a short time at Max???s Auto Repair. Never been to Goldsboro, I didn???t know what to expect. But to my luck, the staff was friendly and supportive in my anticipation to get back on the road. Service was an 11/10!
