While they don t have a huge inventory, they try their best to find what you want. Not at all pushy about anything, fair negotiation, and a huge plus in my eyes is they don t try and sell you crap third party extended warranties. If you want one it s going to be the one offered by the manufacturer at a reasonable price.Only real complaint is that they don t keep license plates on hand like most other dealerships do these days. Just a pain having to run with a temp tag and wait months for the state to send the plates.Extremely easy to deal with. I took a diesel truck in to get a sensor replaced, they replaced the sensor, called 3 times about updating filters and then did a recall on a deleted diesel truck when it was never asked to do any type of recall. I would???ve taken it in for a recall if that???s what it had been there for. It took $700 to reverse the recall and then the truck was still acting the same way it was and flashing codes like it was the original time I took it in. They worked on my truck twice and couldn???t ever fix the issue and charged me $1270 plus the $700. They then decided they couldn???t/weren???t allowed to work on the truck because it had previously been deleted even though a service guy even admitted to knowing it was deleted before they did any work at all. They attempted to refund me half my money but I???m still out $1000. Unless you like throwing money away for no reason, I wouldn???t recommend. Sherrill is a great help but I was not impressed by anyone else and will not be returning.I hate to be this person but I wouldn???t recommend Max Dye to anyone.
