Comment : Took my car to get looked at by Service since I bought my car from one of their dealers and the warranty company recommended me to go there. I went in because I was getting an exhaust smell inside the cab and and one of My power door lock switches weren’t working. I was under the assumption. Everything would’ve been covered under warranty. Well, they charged me $500 to tell me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and that one of my powered door lock switches were unplugged under the door panel. I brought the car back a second time for the fumes and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. I ended up taking the car to a Ford dealer which the car is a Ford and not even 20 minutes of them having it they found the problem which was the exhaust going into the turbo was leaking. So basically, I wasted almost $500 because of the incompetency of their technician not being able to find the problem,, and the negligence of the dealer that I bought the car from to make sure all the lock switches worked. Luckily a problem with my car is under warranty, and the manufacturers dealer is going to take care of it. Don’t know if I would ever recommend Matt Blatt For anything that comes to diagnostic work.

Their waiting room has a few snacks, water & coffee machine for customers.
Only bit of a down fall is their prices. Other wise, It's a good place.'>

Comment : I've been going here for little over 2 years now since I bought my truck from their dealership down the road. Overall, they are a good shop. I deal with Alycia R. most the time when it comes to information on what needs to be done and so forth. She does a great job of keeping me i formed and dealing with my warranty people for my truck. Shop seems to me to get things done in a pretty good timely manner.
Their waiting room has a few snacks, water & coffee machine for customers.

Comment : Alicia helped me All the way through the process. She told me that my oil change was free because it was my first one since I bought my car! 😊 When she drove my car in, she said it was evaluated and that I needed a wheel alignment. She showed me the printout and I said yes, but I needed to be out in 1 hour. Again, Alicia said yes. She was very nice, she was a good communicator and everything was very clear and obvious, even the price. After about an hour she came back and I checked out. I went to my car, and I could not find my keys! I went back and forth to her two more times looking for my keys. She was so kind and didn't get annoyed at all. She was sure that she gave me back my key, and she was right! It had dropped into my bag. So I had to make sure to come and give her all the stars! 🤩 Thanks, Alicia!
