Comment : Bought a Ford Escape from the dealership. 2years later the transmission went bad. Had this service center replace the transmission under an extended warranty company bought throughthe dealership. Not even 4months later transmission light comes on and i take it back only to be told theres no active codes only stored codes for transmission fuid pump. 2weeks later transmission light comes back on and then the car wont even start. Called to let them know what was happening and they expected me to have the car towed in at my expense. Now if the problem was taken care off the first time i wouldn't have been stuck. Took the car to a different dealer and found out that the ground wire for the transmission was installed wrong and the transmission pump was broke when replacing the transmission. All problems caused by the installation of the transmission from this service center. Had everything documented and in contact with a lawyer. Will NEVER recommend anything from this service center or the dealership for anything. Sould have known from the start when the first time i was in there, there was an unsatisfied customer arguing about work done to his car.Bought a Ford Escape from the dealership. 2years later the transmission went bad.
