Comment : Amazing experience @ MasterTech Transmissions. Karlie was amazing from start to finish. She arranged the pickup of my truck with a flatbed from my house. My transmission was so badly damaged that a entirely new transmission needed to be sourced to properly complete the repair. Karlie searched the country high and low for a rare and difficult to find transmission for me and located one several states away and arranged the shipping to get it back to Kansas. She arranged and handled EVERYTHING for me and made the process so easy on my end. Karlie's Dad (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name, very cool guy) is the owner and transmission builder for the shop and I must say he did a excellent job, my truck has never shifted this good and maintained temps so well. I've never had such a good experience at any repair shop in my life. They were honest, fast, fair, and thorough. They didn't attempt to sell me things I didn't need, or rip me off on anything. Total breath of fresh air to be treated like a human instead of a walking checkbook for a change. Ill shout this place from the rooftops and recommend them to anyone needing solid transmission work. Oh, and they came in $1500 cheaper than Chance Transmissions. I want to repeat that, MASTERTECH CAME IN $1500 THAN CHANCE. That is a massive amount of money to my family. Comment : They helped me get a quote for transmission work on my friend's vehicle but a little steep.However, they did it for free and allowed him some time to decide if he wanted to get the work done there or not without being pushy about it.

Comment : I made an appointment and when I got there was told to wait as it wouldn't take very long to diagnose the cars issue. Of course the noise that I had been hearing was nowhere in site. Great people and I will definitely take it to them when it returns. Truly an honest family company!!

Comment : Highly do not recommend. Sent my car in for a new transmission and got it back two days later. Called the next day to tell them it???s not shifting correctly first through third gear. They tried telling me it was driving fine. I???ve put 12k miles on my car in the 6 months I???ve had it so I know how my car should drive, it is not driving as it should be. I also realized over the weekend my coolant reservoir was almost empty. Called them to tell them and was told the mechanic definitely topped it off. Which he might have but for whatever reason didn???t check it after either of the two test drives. They???re the cheapest in town for a reason and not a good reason???Highly do not recommend.
