Comment : Made an appointment to get my chevy P20 motorhome smoged at eight am , after waiting 40 minutes they proceeded to work on my rig , the main problem was the so called tech they had doing my smog check didn't know how to enter the information into the system , I tried to help him and showed him the emissions stickers were at and he still didn't know what he was doing so after another half hour of this nonsense the manager came out with a bullshit excuse saying we don't do class a Motorhome's when they clearly knew what I had from the beginning , no apology for wasting my time . I need to tell you this shop looks run down and very unorganized and a few of the technicians looked sketchy , my advice to you as a consumer avoid this place .

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.
