Comment : They tricked me into buying some expensive pressure test that didn?t do anything. They changed the oil but not the filter. Still paid over $300. Also wouldn?t let me sit in the waiting room while the work was being done, had to walk across the busy street to a nearby coffee shop to wait until they called. I can?t believe this is an AAA affiliate. They clearly took advantage of me because I am a woman, alone, without much knowledge of what makes sense with these sort of things. I trusted they were doing the right thing but they definitely took advantage of me.

Comment : New to the area and needed a quick wheel dismount and mount. Found Mastercraft is local and well reviewed. George was great to work with. Very informed and a pleasure to speak with. Work was performed promptly and professionally. I definitely found a shop I can trust for any future service/repairs. Always happy to support local business!

Comment : Let me tell you something. Stay away from these idiots.. Had a leak in my power steering hose. It was the power steering return hose on my Toyota Camry. If you open the hood and look straight down by the power steering reservoir and follow the line, you would see a huge leak and a puddle where the transmission fluid had gathered on a chassis mount. I leave my car there I get it back in the next day. The reservoir is completely empty of fluid. A kid could've noticed the I come to find out all they replaced was the upper section of the return hose that runs along the fender wall not even bothering to check the rest of the hose. That is one piece it runs from the reservoir down to the rack. I use my car every day for work doing rideshare. I drive back the next day with no power steering fluid. You could imagine I was pretty pissed off. They had a girl at the counter and she said OK have a seat they're gonna look at I'm like no I brought this in here on my day off. I have to go to work. It's like 8 o'clock in the morning, I have to be at work at I have a gonna a look at it right now so this old guy sitting there with a cane and one leg sesame hey stop giving the girl a hard time. I looked at and I said just own when he began threatening me telling me he was gonna punch me in the and he was his cane at me and cursing me call me every name in the book the his name is Dirk and I say if it wasn't for who literally the hose by using a piece of rubber and two clamps comes out and shows me yeah you had a leak here and I said yeah I know that's where the leak was. That's what I was supposed to get fixed. He was like yeah well I it for you now. when the was working on it this doofus just walks in and the problem and I said put two bottles of fluid in my reservoir yesterday. It's leaking worse than when I brought it here says at it we'll fix it if not, you could be on your way. I was watching the cameras and I saw you giving this girl a hard time. I said oh yeah do you have audio on the camera and he said no and I said well if you heard what was going on, you would know more about it than what it looked like on the camera. Needless to say I won't be going back there anymore. I put 1000 miles a week on my car. I'm a frequent flyer at the and I was willing to bring all my business to Mastercraft. Well, not after this idiot guy treated me like I was his son when in reality I could be his dad.

Comment : New to the ares. Needed routine simple oil change/tire rotation. Scheduled me when I could make it and got me in and out in 25 minutes. Great father and son mechanical team. George, the manager is great. Answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable! My new auto go to place. I looked around based upon local reviews and three other independent shops have high ratings, they aren’t a member of car fax, which is imperative for any going forward warranty claims. So glad I found George snd his crew. Price was 1/2 of what I paid previously.

Comment : So the guys here are the best! I just moved into the area and needed an oil change and a set of tires. They got them in and took great care of my car. My car is 20 years old and I commute, so a week later I had to get my alternator replaced. Not only did they have the part for my car they got it done so quickly. It has been a very pleasant experience bringing my car to the guys at Mastercraft, they are welcoming and know what they are doing! The pricing is super fair as well! I will not be bringing any of my vehicles anywhere but to Mastercraft, the best trusted place for your car! Thanks guys and see you soon for upcoming brake needs!!!

Comment : I wouldn't trust these guys for anything more complicated than an oil change, and even then I’d rather take it anywhere else.
