Comment : Brought car in for service after Kia dealership told me I needed brakes after servicing car for a recall. Mike was skeptical, stated he would call me once car being checked. Mike called and stated still have 5mm all around so no brakes necessary. Arrived to pick up car, Mike presented me a bill that stated no charge to my surprise. Will be returning because this is unheard of!

Comment : I was in a difficult situation and Mastercraft really helped me out. My daughter goes to Stockton University & commutes daily. I live 2 hrs away and her vehicle needed significant repair. Mike, the front desk guy guided me, put me at ease and repaired the vehicle in record time. I am so grateful to both Mike and the talented mechanics that work there. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to use them.

Comment : It?s very rare I post reviews, but these guys deserve it. I couldn?t be happier with my experience here. It?s not everyday you take a chance on an auto shop and actually leave happy. These guys are great. Brought my car in for an oil change but mentioned I had some shaking in the back left rear. These guys were on it. Mike was super helpful over the phone and got me in same day. The team was super quick and Mike thoroughly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. My car feels brand new and I couldn?t be happier. 10/10 on quality, prices, and customer service. Will definitely come back here and recommend them. Thanks guys! :)

Comment : I called to inquire about getting an oil change and was met with very poor customer service. The person I spoke with was dismissive and questioned why I was calling a shop in Manahawkin since I don?t live in the area, even after I explained I was just passing through and looking for service. When I asked about pricing and the type of oil used, he abruptly ended the call by saying, ?have a good day, bye.? Disgusting behavior for a grown man.

Comment : I have to share the experience I just had, because good, honest businesses deserve to be recognized.

A friend sent me to Mastercraft in Manahawkin, and from the moment I called they got me right in to check my battery. The dealership I?ve been going to told me I needed a new one for $457.56, Mastercraft checked it and said it?s still at 90% and perfectly fine. That alone spoke volumes to me.

Then my tires the dealership quoted me $1372.62. Mastercraft? Under $700, and for better tires.

But honestly, what stood out the most wasn?t even the pricing it was how they treat you. I walked in, gave my name and immediately felt comfortable. No pressure, no feeling like I was being taken advantage of just genuine, down-to-earth people who care about doing the right thing.

Mike especially made the experience even better friendly, funny, and welcoming. He makes you feel like you?ve known him forever, like you?re just stopping by someone?s home.

It?s rare to find a place that?s both affordable and truly honest, and that?s exactly what you get here. I?ll definitely be going back to get my tires and the other work needed at 1/2 the price the dealership quoted me at and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable work.

Comment : I had an amazing experience at Mastercraft in Manahawkin! The staff was super friendly, honest, and really took the time to help me understand what was going on with my car. They fixed the issue quickly and made the whole process so much less stressful. It?s hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but they were professional, fair, and did great work. I?m really grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable car service!
