Comment : After a 1000 mile+ drive up from Alabama, I was noticing a shimmy in the front of my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. Based on a reference from a friend that had used Mastercraft Discount Auto & Tire Center for over 25 yrs, i contacted Mike and set up an appointment for the next business day. Upon arrival, my truck was taken back asap and troubleshooting began. While i was thinking alignment, brake issues or wheel balance, Mike and his team discovered the real issue was the left front tire starting to come apart on the inside of tire. He explained this to me and suggested replacing the tires. He explained that if one tire was coming apart now, it was only a matter of time before others began to break down as well. He recommended a set of tires at a price lower than i would ever have expected and assured me the brakes were good, no additional work was required and they would have it done same day so my return trip home would not be delayed. He also discovered some very damaged lug nuts while removing old tires and was able to resolve those issues as well.
I have to say he completed all my repairs very quickly and professionally, saved me money by not completing what i had thought the issue was and ringing up unnecessary charges, but rather locating the issue and resolving it. Truck performed exceptionally on the thousand mile trip home and i was reminded there are still honest people out there performing outstanding work and treating people in a most respectful and professional manner. I am forever grateful to Mike and his team for their dedication to customer service, quality of work and honesty in resolving my issues. For the locals that have not yet taken advantage of what Mastercraft can offer in vehicle service and repair, I would strong recommend them.

Comment : These guys (everyone here) is amazing! So helpful, honest, and doesn't try to nickel and dime you. Mike sitting at the front desk is such a great guy! Very smart and helpful. He also is very funny! Best Mechanic Shop around in my opinion! Today, I got tires and sensors replaced plus other odd and ends taken care of. Since I recently had in other shop, they gave me a long list to fix. I could go on and on. But I'm very happy with the service and the guys humor

Comment : Great experience! Went in to have two tires replaced. Now that I’m tasked with taking care of the “car stuff”, after 35 years of my husband doing it, I was a little worried about being ripped off or being taken advantage of, as I’m totally clueless when it comes to all things cars😩 Mike was so nice, patient with my questions and gave me a fair price (According to some friends who know about this kind of stuff). He told me that the two other tires were OK and did not need to be replaced, so I appreciated that he didn’t try to push any services that weren’t needed. He told me the price before he did anything, and there were no extra charges or fees to surprise me when I picked up the car. It was so nice to leave there feeling I wasn’t taken advantage of and having had such a nice person to deal with. I’ll be going back there for my car servicing in a few months!
