Comment : I'm glad I found MasterTech Auto Service!
I have a really old vehicle with many issues. I like that MasterTech Auto will let me know all the things that are an issue with my vehicle, but will also let me know what could be a safety issue and what can wait, about when the issue will become a real problem that can't be ignored, and not pressure me to get any of it handled so that if I choose to get it resolved I can plan/budget for it.
I like that they are honest and find ways to reduce my cost by giving options/solutions that can safely postpone a repair. I like that they have even let me know about potential issues of doing a repair.
AND the staff is friendly!

Comment : I brought one of my fleet trucks here to get serviced and a safety inspection. Mike was great to work with! He kept me updated on the progress & pricing daily, he suggested fixes and was honest about what didn?t need fixing immediately or even at all. He went out of his way to locate parts that had been discontinued. Overall a fantastic experience. Found my new GO TO mechanic garage!

Comment : New to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. Mike is fantastic - he will explain everything, make recommendations and answer any questions to let you make a decision without being pushy at all. The technicians seemed thorough, professional and knowledgeable too. Mike is honest and friendly and knew everyone that came in by name. They are organized, quick and efficient. They aren?t the cheapest on labor, but they are very reasonable - and why would you want the cheapest for your family?s safety anyway? Having intelligent, honest, trustworthy service that cares about your safety is far more important and they are exactly that. MasterTech has a new customer-for-life with us. I?ll be taking our cars to them for everything we need in the future.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Discovered Master Tech from an AAA endorsement and have been taking our cars there for the last couple of years. What you want in an auto shop is skilled technicians, reasonable pricing, quick appointment availability and turn around time, and honest interactions -- this place checks all those boxes. Highly recommend.
