Comment : My vehicle would not pass inspection due to a small crack in the secondary converter. It was suggested I find a place to do a quick weld by another shop. I tried here and was impressed first that they took the time to show me why that likely wouldn't work (due to location of cracks). Then I was impressed by how they worked the phones trying to find the best price on a replacement part even before I was officially a customer. Once I requested the part, they got it ordered quickly. Installation was seamless. Give them a try. They are tucked out of the way on the hill above Manchester Rd in Ellisville.

Comment : There are moments in life that remind you how much the right people matter. This was one of them. Our Honda suffered a catastrophic suspension failure that could have ended very differently. From the moment I called Mike, he treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. He took the time to answer every question I had, explain what he was seeing, and help me understand the possibilities without ever pretending to know something he didn't. What impressed me most wasn't just his knowledge, it was his character. It would have been easy to blame the shop that performed the inspection a few days earlier. Instead, Mike repeatedly refused to speculate or throw anyone under the bus. He stayed focused on the facts, clearly separated what he knew from what he suspected, and never lost sight of the bigger picture, helping us understand what happened and making sure our family was safe. Even outside of the repair itself, his integrity showed. The AAA driver who towed our vehicle recognized the address immediately and started telling me how respected Mike is in the industry and how much he trusts him. Hearing that unsolicited, before we had even arrived, spoke volumes. Trust is earned over time, and Mike has earned ours many times over. If you're looking for a mechanic who is knowledgeable, honest, incredibly patient, and genuinely puts people before profit, MasterTech is the place to go.

Comment : We've used Master Tech Auto Service for our cars for several years and totally trust them. We recently purchased a 2010 Mazda 6 with 86,000+ miles on it to use as a third car. Even though it passed inspection we wanted to make sure there weren't any issues that might not have been covered. Mike and his team gave it a thorough inspection of their own found a couple issues that made sense to fix and now we are good to go for many more miles! Thanks Master Tech!
