Comment : I have taken multiple vehicles here and each time it was a solid experience. For my 2014 4Runner they replaced the front control arms, and two drive belts, and they did it for less than half of what Toyota was charging ($4500), and they used OEM parts. They also replaced the pan underneath my transmission in my 2007 Avalon Limited, and the control arms on my wife's 2009 Camry LE. Each time the work was done well and at half dealer cost. I will add that these problems were identified by a Toyota Dealership and then I came to Driven Auto.They did such a good job that I am calling back from California to see if getting nearly $4500 in preventative maintenance would be considerably cheaper when I get back later in the year. I can't speak for others on here but if you need routine maintenance, flushes, brakes, rotors, etc. this place does quality work, uses OEM parts, and is usually a better deal.

Comment : My wife was up in Chantilly for a conference and noticed the brakes were acting funny. I called Driven Auto Repair and they told me they take appointments only, but given the situation they told us to drop it off and they would take care of it.

Comment : The overall experience was good.. There was one little hiccup??? I called and give the authorization to proceed with servicing my vehicle and the message did not reach the mechanic which caused a delay in getting my vehicle back.The mechanic did a great job with the installation of brake pads&rotters/wear sensors.
