Comment : I could not be more pleased with my experience at Master Mechanic. Suzanne is AMAZING! She helped me schedule a pre-purchase inspection for two days out, then when I called the next day asking to bring it in later that afternoon, she was accommodating and we were able to inspect the car quickly the very same day. The mechanic did a thorough job, and found many problems in the vehicle that, had I not had it inspected, would have wound up costing me thousands. Kudos to the whole team, and Suzanne you are amazing!

Comment : The people here were so great to work with and pleasant to be around - every interaction felt genuine, and they were all honest folks. I came in before work to drop off my car just for a state inspection and they called me later saying that one of my brake lights was out. I told them I was gonna opt to fix it later myself instead. I came back after work dreading having to get the parts and fix it, but instead I found that they had replaced the light for me - free of charge - and didn't expect any payment except for the state inspection, understanding that going back and forth to the mechanic can be a huge hassle. Seriously, they were awesome and I couldn't be happier I stumbled upon them since they happened to be close to where I work. You're doing something wrong if you don't pop in here.
