Comment : Was taken here and because is was a triple A verified place I thought it would be a trustworthy place to go but was disappointed in the service. When I arrived there the mechanic said that triple A required him to do a full inspection of my car and that it would cost $150, I told him I did not need him to do that since we knew it was likely the battery that needed to be replaced, he said he continued to say he had no control over that and he had to do it. I left and he called me to say that the total would be $500 for the battery and install plus inspection which seemed rather expensive. I then hung up with him and called triple A and they said they do not require the inspection and then called the mechanic on my behalf and told him that was not policy. When I called the mechanic back to discuss the situation and called him out for lying to me saying the inspection was mandatory and he had to back pedal and give me excuses why he lied to me about being charged for an inspection. Bottom line I did not pay for the inspection but I will never go back, the mechanic is not trustworthy as seemed to just want to take advantage of me.
