Comment : Pasadena Collision Center is an amazing place to get any sort of work needed on your car. My sister recommended the shop to me and they were able to fix deep dents in my Range Rover Sport. I knew they were reputable because they are certified by many manufacturers. Wonderful and efficient service. Took only a few days to sort everything out. I was updated along the way by their office. Couldn’t recommend a better body shop in the greater LA area!

Comment : Definite 5 Stars. I d give them 10 if I could. From the beginning when I brought the car in for the estimate and till the very end when I picked up my car, I was thoroughly impressed with the superb service. Lana took care of everything for me. Jennifer as well. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and made all the contact. I was amazed and really happy when they were able to accommodate me with a quick turnaround on the repair; knowing how tough my schedule is with patient care and how my days off and opportunity to pick up the car was a challenge. Comment : When my car was hit I'd expected that it would be totaled. Pasadena Collision Center is not only a Tesla approved shop but also works with my insurance. Rene was communicative throughout the entire job, and they fixed my car in good time. They provided a great experience.

Comment : They???re the best! Trustworthy, they don???t over charge or try and change you for something you need. The care factor is above and beyond! I needed my bumper replaced and they actually took the time to remove my bummer stickers and put them on my new bummer! I mean, come on, that???s amazing customer service.

Comment : I called and asked for an estimate over the phone on the cost of fixing my door handle. I was advised that I would need to email the Vin number and picture of the door. I never received any response. I then followed up over the phone the following day and was advised by a second person that they do not provide estimates over the phone. Once I named dropped that I had spoken to Adi, and the email included her manager Jack. She took my name and said the manager would either follow up with me via phone or email.
