Comment : They???re the best! Trustworthy, they don???t over charge or try and change you for something you need. The care factor is above and beyond! I needed my bumper replaced and they actually took the time to remove my bummer stickers and put them on my new bummer! I mean, come on, that???s amazing customer service.

Comment : I called and asked for an estimate over the phone on the cost of fixing my door handle. I was advised that I would need to email the Vin number and picture of the door. I never received any response. I then followed up over the phone the following day and was advised by a second person that they do not provide estimates over the phone. Once I named dropped that I had spoken to Adi, and the email included her manager Jack. She took my name and said the manager would either follow up with me via phone or email. Comment : They are non-responsive, so I gave up and went somewhere else. I can't wait days for each step, when there are already so many other reasons for delay. I don't know their quality of work, but their quality of scheduling an estimate is pretty much can't - as in they can't schedule an estimate. Oh well.

Comment : Everyone is genuinely so kind and helpful and not just nice because they have to be type of attitude. They???re also communicative and speedy! It???s difficult to find a competent repair shop that I???m also comfortable going to as a woman with no knowledge of cars. I???d highly recommend this shop to anyone!
