Comment : There aren't enough superlatives to describe Anthony and the crew at Master Auto. If i could give 6 stars, i would. So the tow truck drops me off at 9 on a Friday morning after I hit a pothole and blew out my tire. Everyone seemed busy and it looked like i was going to be there all day. But no! Anthony pulled out all the stops and I was out of there by 1130. This included sourcing, locating and obtaining a specific tire. I thank you all.

Comment : Recently purchased my truck from Masters auto. Great team they have at masters auto. Mechanics were very helpful with getting my truck ready for pickup, Marie in the office did a great job helping me throughout the purchase process, Anthony the owner was a man of his words, and I couldn't be more happy with how they handled business with me. Im a happy owner to a 2014 toyota tundra thanks to them. I'd highly recommend them whether you need work done on your vehicle or you're in the market to purchase a vehicle.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : We were searching for a solid dependable used vehicle with our daughter who needed a car quickly. We had done extensive research & went to many dealerships. Anthony at Master auto was our last stop of the day ? it didn?t take us long after dealing with all the different dealerships we dealt with that day to realize Anthony stood out from the rest. Not only did he treat us with the utmost respect ? & honesty without any pressure, the vehicle was in great condition. We agreed to purchase the car & Anthony went above and beyond to ensure us that our daughter would would take away a safe vehicle. I would recommend anybody to go to his store and know when they?re buying a car from him, he would not be selling it unless he himself would sell it to one of his own children! We will return to Anthony for any automobile needs in the future!

Marie guided us through every step of the car-buying journey. She helped us work with the bank, made sure we had everything needed for the RMV and insurance company, and kept the process smooth and stress-free. As first?time car buyers for our son, this meant a lot ? she made it a genuinely positive experience.

Anthony was just as incredible. He made sure the car had a complete once?over before it left the lot ? new brakes (pads and rotors), spotless inside and out, and a brand?new sticker. His attention to detail showed how much pride he takes in his work and how much he cares about his customers' safety and satisfaction.
