Comment : Always great service from Carl. He finds the issues and repairs promptly. As seniors, we feel safe and confident with Carl handling all our service needs. Mascari's also does a wonderful job detailing. Our 2019 Kia always comes out looking fresh and new. Ladies at desks are friendly and greet you with a pretty smile.

Comment : Having your first scrape on a vehicle, let alone a brand new vehicle, is an agony I'd wish on no one.
When I first looked into where I could have the car serviced to repair the scrape wound on my poor car, I realized that Tesla requires certified repair shops.
No surprise.
I had two options, Mascari & a big name shop I won't mention.

I have always been an avid support of small businesses, and I'm glad I chose Mascari.
When I went in for my estimate, I met with Gina, 2nd generation operator of the family establishment, and a gem to talk to.
She walked me through the history of the collector antique cars in the show room (I ask a lot of questions) and then walked out with me to look over my car. She answered more questions I had then as well fluidly and with certainty.
When you're shaken up by your car being wounded, you want to hear comforting assurance in your surgeons voice. 😉
She reassured me, that going a few decades without any accidents, not to beat myself up about this.
She informed me of the extensive training program required to become certified by Tesla to do this work.
Gina was honest and direct.
Never once was I given any sense of deception nor devious behaviors (which at least have a common reputation in the world of vehicle repair)
She told me the Tesla is the safest car on the road, and I was wise to drive one.
Being a brand new car, sourcing parts was hectic and I'm thankful they were able and willing to fix my vehicle.
It's absolutely beautiful again!
It was rolled off the flatbed by her husband, and delivered to me immaculate.
It might have looked better than the day I drove it home.
I will always endorse Mascari for people who need vehicle service.
I like feeling like a valued customer, not a number, and I always felt heard if I had questions needing answers about what this process involves.

Comment : Cannot recommend Karl as a mechanic, and Anthony as a detailer, enough! The entire Mascari staff has been taking care of me for 5+ years.
