Comment : Buyer beware! Lechner is by far the worst dealership I???ve ever dealt with. Rhonda the office manager of the Woodstock Va location has been avoiding me with my cancellation of maintenance warranty (since May 23; 2019) She doesn???t return my phone calls, I???ve been told 3 different stories where my check was located.. it???s been over a month that she had my check in her hands.. still no refund! I even called the Marshall location and was advised Rhonda will get my message.Filed complaint with the BBB and with Ford Corporation main office in Detroit.

Comment : Went to order a custom vehicle here and I have bank finacing in hand. Was told its no problem, went over everything, walked out happy. 2 weeks later I'm calling to get a status and my vin and they have to "look into it" and get back yo me. 4 weeks later I call again and Im told the same thing but this time is a call back and told they never ordered it. The manager said he would take care or me as I missed out on another truck and that was a complete lie.
