Comment : They are rude when I called and not welling to work with me and my wife on a vehicle they don't want me and my wife to get a vehicle with them and this was a about 3 times we try to get a vehicle with them telling us we have to go to a different dealership they don't care about if people are on disability they don't want disability people get any vehicle with them

Comment : We had a fantastic shopping experience with Doug. Did a good portion on line and on the phone. When turned in our vehicle and picked up the new one everything went smoothly and quickly. Comment : Charged me 100 bucks to diagnose my vehicle. They were wrong. After doing the suggested work, we still have the same problem. No one I have talked to has been suprised. Turns out they have a bit of a reputation for treating people like cash pi?ata.

Comment : I've always been a repeat customer here for a long time. Doug Brown and Mark Conley were very straight forward and easy to work with. I left with a new-to-me car that was clean and had a full tank of gas. These folks will go the extra mile to make the numbers work. Highly recommend!

Comment : Only dealership that I went to that didn't rip me off. Haven't been here in some time but after the influx of BS that I've been getting from these other lots recently I figured I'd come back to give a review. I bought a brand new 2023 compass back when the interest rates were good, they made sure that I got all the discounts it qualified for and after some negotiations we came to a mutually agreeable conclusion. Nothing hidden in the paperwork, no uncharge for random things, overall positive experience. Although I got rid of the vehicle shortly due to not liking the "start/stop" feature it was not their fault. Only reason I haven't been back is due to limited selection, I still consider them each time I search for a vehicle.Only dealership that I went to that didn't rip me off.
