Comment : Although having to have the Intoxalock installed in my vehicle was not one of my life's best moments, Brittany was awesome!

She was kind, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. She calmed my anxiety and was very patient during my attempts to "get it right."

Subsequent to the installation, I have contacted Brittany with my woes and questions. Again, she was kind and assured me that if I have any further inquiries to contact her.

The garage was timely with the installation. My vehicle was ready as promised.

In total, my experience was great.

Comment : Brittany was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, I needed a mechanic to check out a car I was considering buying, and they were very thorough, taking 17 pictures and providing point by point descriptions. I was very impressed and grateful for their work, Brittany worked closely with me to provide photos and call me to provide descriptions while the mechanics worked very hard to check the car over, checking for codes, checking the car all over and detailing what was found. They saved me from buying a car that would have been a nightmare situation needing a tremendous amount of repairs. Thank you everybody at Marcelli Precision automotive!!!

Comment : Took my Jaguar in for antifreeze leak below super charger. Jesse did a great job on repairing and replacing parts required. He encountered other issues during inspection and was able to fix all issues. Better service than I got from Hartford Jaguar. Cars sounds and runs better than when dealer worked on it. Will definitely recommend Marselli Precision Auto to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.
Thanks Jesse and Brittany…

Comment : My vehicle needed 100,000 mile maintenance as well as transmission and engine diagnostics and a host of other services. I was recommended to try Marselli Precision. The office manager is clearly very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles they service. She was very communicative and kept me well informed. The estimate and final invoice were very thorough and transparent which made me feel confident that I was getting the services I needed. After driving and inspecting the car myself, I'm confident that the services performed were completed and completed well. I will be taking my vehicles to Marselli Precision next time.
