Comment : I have been with Marselli Precision for over 25 years. Their experience and service is the best in CT. I own three vehicles that ONLY Marselli Precision has worked. I have never ever, ever had return any of my vehicles to Marselli Precision because the repair did correct the problem. I own a 2008 Kia Spectra that only Marselli Precision has worked on since I purchased it in 2008. Currently the mileage reads 287,401 miles and runs like a top! THANK YOU MARSELLI PRECISION!!!

Comment : I have been using Marselli?s For several years and several different vehicles. Honest and trustworthy are the two words that come to mind. It starts with the incredible help and guidance from Brittany at the front desk right to the ownership and the team of mechanics. You never feel like you?re being sold something you don?t need. The service is timely and most importantly done right the first time if you truly want to keep your vehicle in tiptop shape or even make a difficult decision to move to another vehicle this is the team you want on your side.

Comment : recently had my vehicle serviced at this mechanic shop, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me understand what my car needed.

Comment : Having done pre-purchase inspections at several different mechanics I consider without a doubt that marcelli's is the greatest of all. The information was thorough the employees were exemplary, and there was truth and kindness in every word. I've never felt bamboozled once that I've ever gone here. Also the oil changes have always been exceptional as well.

Comment : I called last minute for repairs on my vehicle, and they were able to fit me in. They were great to deal with and maintained communication on what was needed to be done. They gave me the estimate on the repairs, inspected the vehicle and called back with recommendations, observations and any adjustments in pricing, The work was done quickly, and it was a great experience.
