Comment : I recently had the shift cable on my Suzuki Grand Vitara snap, which, of course left it useless. I gave Mark's a call and immediately had it towed to their service center. They were extremely personable and completely transparent on what it would take to get it back on the road. They were expeditious with completing the repair and had me back in the driver's seat in no time.

Comment : I got my car pushed in with a note SPECIFICALLY NOT TO START. My engine had no coolant in it. Mechanic stated that he started it. And then said “ it won’t hurt the engine.” I had no problem pushing it a little more to get in the shop… TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comment : My vehicle was starting to run a little bit rough from time to time as well as the battery light would randomly come on and go off. It wasn’t consistent, and when I had a couple Local places check it out, they would always say everything is testing fine. I had a friend tell me that he recommended Marks Auto service so I made an appointment to have the engine diagnostic done. It turned out the EGR system wasn’t flowing correctly and Mark got it cleaned up and working smoothly. Mark then performed a diagnostic reference the battery light coming on and going off. Mark determined that the alternator was putting out too much voltage from time to time which could lead to bigger problems like burning up wiring. I had a new alternator installed and that took care of the issue. The car is now running very smoothly and runs just like it should after Mark‘s diagnostic and required repairs. I dropped the car off on Wednesday and got it back the next day on Thursday. Mark snd his team did a great job and I would highly recommend them for everyone automotive service needs.
