Comment : There is so much to say about the team at Mark Williams Collision Center. As a parent, you never want that call. But when you do get it and your mind is prioritizing the next steps, it's extremely comforting to know there are shop's like Mark Williams Collision Center.My son was transported from the scene to get medical care and we didn't get to choose who picked up the vehicle. My son wasn't at fault and I was coordinating the calls to the insurance company, towing company, etc. We wanted the car at Mark's because they have always fixed our vehicles.I went to Columbia to get personal effects and document damage of the vehicle. While doing so, I got a call that the other insurance company wasn't going to approve storage and towing after the following day. We were responsible for any additional fees by "mitigating liability" because they had not yet accepted liability.It was after hours so I called the next day in a panic. Hannah managed that panic and made sure to get the car transported to the shop. She called me the minute it was there because I had been so upset.Fast forward to the following week, the other insurance accepted liability but didn't have enough coverage so we had to file under our own. I called the shop and spoke to Alexis. She assured me that this wasn't unexpected considering the # of vehicles and they would work with Progressive to begin repairs. She also let me know that it may be a longer wait because of the subjugate process but they'd keep us updated.It's been 6 weeks and after all of the unexpected for us, the team at Matk Williams was in sync and handled it all without missing a beat. From Hannah and Alexis in the office to Tripp and the technicians in the collision center, everyone treated us like we were the only customer on the books. They've done our work for years and always treated us like family. If you need collision or auto body work, please thank me later. Skip the mess and go straight to the best. Comment : There customer service is horrible. I went to Mark Williams Collision Center to get the kick panels from my 85 Chevy C10 painted. I gave them a piece of vinyl material to color match the panel. I was insured by them that they would be able to it. When I picked up my panels and got them home and matched them to my interior the color was off and I inform them of the problem. Mark let me pick up the panel and his office called me (voice mail) with the cost. I went by the shop to see how we can work this out on pricing since the color was not correct. They want me to bring them back and I didn't want to keep bring them back. They order some special paint because the parts are plastic, what they order was wrong. When I was in the shop, the office manager had a nasty attitude thinking I was trying to get out paying. I was willing to pay something but didn't think I should pay the full amount because the color was off and I had to take them somewhere else to get them done correctly. I shouldn't have to pay for your mistakes. I admit I owe something but not the full amount for something I can't use. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.. If you tell a me you can do something, I expect it to be done right the first time if not I loose confidence in your ability to complete the job.

Comment : Was the only place I???d bring my car up until they messed up my camera and refused to fix it!! took the car to them with everything working perfectly fine and got it back with a broke reverse camera and tail light out. messed something electrical up and they won???t fix it or even take accountability ! 1,400 fix by the way! Comment : Fixed my door I was very pleased with how it turned out. If I need body work again I'll definitely be going back here. ???? P.S. I have a 2018 black Prius, a scratch was fixed, pinstripe redone, the job was absolutely done perfectly. Customer service was very nice and respectful.

I would have hoped I would have had more timely updates on how things were progressing.
