Comment : If you buy a battery from them you have to towed your car to the shop because they need to hook the car with the battery to check the battery and for that service u have to pay $100 after that they will give the new battery because mark porter said dodge policy for battery warranty that’s the procedure for battery warranty. Mad I just went to dodge Gallipolis they just wanted the recipe and didn’t even check the battery $0 charge I got my brand new battery.
I got my truck brand new from mark porter got all the service done with them I’m done with mark porter. I heard very bad stuff from them never happened to me this time was me I’m done with mark porter.

Comment : Absolutely recommend these guys. We???ve bought 2 vehicles here and will be buying a third in the next year or so. They are always so helpful and kind. Kristi Felts helped us this last time and she was so amazing. The process was so easy and she got us a wonderful deal on a 2021 Jeep Cherokee latitude. It was just in time as we needed newer and bigger than our Hyundai Tucson for our growing family. I was several months pregnant and she even brought me water along with whatever else so i wouldn???t have to walk too far. We do our maintenance here as well and the mechanics are good and quick. Comment : Scheduled an oil change one week in advance. I waited over an hour. My cabin air filter was left on the floorboard after I refused a replacement due to the over $75 dollar increase in my bill. My vehicle did not receive an inspection. I never had to ask for one in the past. Receipt stated my vehicle was washed. It was not. I have never had this bad of service from this dealer. If they had done the inspection, they would have found that my battery was going bad. It died a week after my appointment. This place has gone down hill.Scheduled an oil change one week in advance.
