Comment : Update HIGHLY recommend driving to Don Wood in Logan. They gave me almost 11k for my trade in. Ended up getting a used Denali instead of a new and in a different color than I wanted, but the customer service was absolutely worth it.

DO NOT. Went to test drive their vehicle and the check engine light was on for starters. Then on top of that they said they’d give me 5k for my car even though I have paper proof another dealership offered me 10,500 two days ago and a dealership yesterday offered me 10k. Not sure if it’s because I'm a female or theres major issues with their Denali they didn’t want to expose. Rude customer service and absolute scam artists. Also pulled up a car fax and lied to my face said what it was worth in excellent condition when that’s what it said in fair. Not to mention their car was marked $3k above fair price according to edmunds. The car also didn’t have full power and struggled changing gears. Chris was horrendous.

Comment : My husband and I drove from the Warren/Youngstown area to this dealership because they had the GMC Canyon Denali in transit that I wanted. I contacted Salesman Corey Champlin based on his positive reviews dealing with long distance customers. He tracked the truck while in transit, and he contacted me as soon as it arrived to the dealership. Before, during, and after the sale, Corey's communication with us has been impeccable. We picked the truck up on a very busy Saturday, but Corey was still very attentive in working with us; he even asked that we text him when we got home safely. The truck had a minor flaw on an interior trim piece, and Corey worked with a dealership local to us to order and replace the piece.
The dealership size is impressive, but Corey's customer service was most appreciated. Thank you, Corey, for helping me get the truck I wanted!

Comment : Excellent customer service from start to finish. Buying was easy as all staff had everything prepared for us on arrival (2.5 hours away)
Never once did we get the “pushy salesman vibes”. Fair offer from the start- we did not find it necessary to haggle the price. In and out sale. 10/10

Comment : Jesse and the Mark Porter team were excellent. They were respectful, helpful, and made the car buying process as easy as possible. I drove 8 hours one way to buy my new vehicle from them and had an easier experience than any other dealership I went to in my area. I will gladly drive 8 hours again when it’s time to make my next purchase.
