Comment : First off I would like to give a big KUDOS to Tammy O'Dell in the online dept. If it wasn't for her I probably wouldn't have bought from here. My salesperson Bridget Wright did a good job if she would return calls and Megan in finance was very nice and helpful. I bought a 2020 GMC 2500 at the end of April. The auto emergency brake hung up on it a week and a half after buying it. It was in the shop 2 days and cost almost $900.00 to fix. 2 weeks later engine light came on and it turned out to be a transmission code. Was in the shop 6 weeks for a transmission replacement. Thank you Megan for helping me with the warranty. If it hadn't been for that I would have been out $7600.00. Thankfully it was only $600.00 out of pocket. Now once i get the leak in the back window fixed I am hoping for it to be the truck I was hoping for. After talking to my salesperson and telling her I think I got a lemon, she said she would have someone reach out to me but that never happened. Sometimes it doesn't pay to travel for a better deal.

Comment : Made an appointment 2 days ago to test drive a car today at 10:15am. They call Friday to confirm we’re coming, all is good. We live 2 hours away, we get a call at 9:15am today from a woman who told us that they moved the car to a new location. Cool, we drive another HOUR and we’re 15 minutes from the place when a guy calls to tell us they sold the car already, which is why they moved it to the new location in the first place. So we just waste 4 hours of our day and we literally came with check in hand.
