Comment : After going to my hometown Ram Dealer,I wanted a 2nd opinion so I drove almost 2 hrs which is where I purchased my Ram.I’m so glad I did,diagnosed the issue correctly ( unlike my hometown dealership).Replaced my transmission and also rented me a vehicle no charge.Great Customer Service !!!!
