Comment : I had a car that needed to be towed to my mechanic. The driver pulled up and wenched my car onto the tow truck as he should. He asked me what was wrong with the car and I was like a coolant leak. I told him not to drive it. When the driver got to my mechanics, all on video, he backed my car off the tow truck and revved the engine like an idiot in the parking space. My mechanic ran out of the shop and asked him what he was doing. He proceeded to call my mechanic derogatory terms. It went from a coolant issue to a whole timing belt issue. A lot of damage when he was told not to drive it. Then I call and ask for the manager or the owner and I called several days in a row and no return phone call. They are the absolute worst, thank God my mechanic has video of this because it’s totally unbelievable that someone would Drive your car like that and you told them not to. Absolutely sleazy. Then the owner not to be professional enough to call you back.

Comment : The driver took his time to make sure my car was ok even though it was pouring rain out and did not make me feel dumb for driving over a parking curb and into a ditch!

Comment : Adam arrived shortly after my call. He was professional and very nice. He charged my battery and I was on my way. I’ve used Marc’s Towing before and they’re good to deal with when you’re in a stressful situation!
