I had the pleasure of meeting two of their phenomenal employees, Ethan and Kyle, who went out of their way and went above and beyond to get me home the night I blew out a tire near the shop. Without a doubt the most helpful and understanding people in the business. They were able to assess my issue quickly and effectively and I was on my way 30 minutes later. I can?t express how thankful I am for those two and Marc?s Auto Towing, great people and great service. It seemed like everything was going wrong for my tow driver Adam. My address for some reason when put into a gps always sends people to a house down the road. I must have some how input the wrong address in for my mechanic so Adam ended up having to drive an extra 7 minutes to the correct address after showing up to the one I mistakenly put in. Despite my incompetence with apparently putting in addresses Adam was extremely kind and professional. He called me to keep me updated and to gain clarification on the best place to drop the car.
