Comment : My friend's car had been stuck in my driveway for the last 2 days. The rear tires were spinning on a patch of ice, so she called AAA. The driver TONY from MARC'S in Wareham spoke very angrily and loudly, refusing to walk in the snow to rock her car off the patch of ice. Today, my friend and I went to MARC'S to speak with the owner about Tony's nasty attitude and refusal to do his job. The owner Marc Whitney was as rude and nasty as Tony. Last night my plow guy took a few minutes and unstuck my friend's car - with only a little bit of rock salt. Like the other disgusted customers who received nasty service from Marc's I'd give zero stars to this useless, nasty business.

Comment : The Marc's Auto Service driver was terrific. He carefully drove my Tesla with a low voltage battery problem on to his ramp, and tied down the four wheels without any contact with the body. He was a pleasure to work with.

Comment : The kid showed up with a bad attitude and was not very skilled at the task at hand which took him longer than he expected apparently. Driver arrived at mechanics complaining as well. A bad look but giving the company two stars because the job got done afterall.
