Comment : Absolutely the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had! By far the most inventory, the most considerate, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and the best price in the area. Saved a lot of money and got the exact car we were after. I love an hour away and it was worth the time to buy from Marc. Chase, Dawson, Kevin, Matt and everyone in Service are first rate.

Comment : Sincerely do not recommend Marc Motors.

Spoke with the sales team and worked out a thorough out the door price on a vehicle before I made the two hour drive down to their dealership. Showed up (seven months pregnant) and with my two year old toddler looking to get the paperwork done and out the door as quickly as possible.

Meanwhile in the process the sales and finance team included an extended service contract into my loan and deal without clearly explaining it to me or giving me the choice of selecting a service contract. Mind you they elected the most expensive option for me without presenting this to me beforehand. They clearly took advantage of the fact that I was slightly preoccupied with my daughter and used this as an opportunity to swindle an expensive service contract into my loan.

Called today to try and rectify this issue and was told “this was on all your itemized paperwork that you signed”, yes, thank you sales manager, I clearly understand this and will admit I should have been more diligent in my review of these documents.

However, this is an incredibly sleazy way to conduct business and take advantage of a pregnant mother.

I have bought several cars from different dealerships and each and every one has ALWAYS clearly explained the different warranty options, their costs and my choices. This DID NOT happen at Marc motors.

Please peruse alternative options when it comes to Nissan dealerships in Maine.
