Comment : My mother bought a Nissan rouge new from them a couple years ago. She has always gotten any work done by then and never had an issue till now. She went in to get all new 4 tires, they were used and while putting on the tires she watched the techs throw her tires on the ground cracking 1 hub cap. When she brought it up to them they denied it all saying the car was old and that the tires are new. She brought the car to 2 different tire shops and both said the tires are used. The man working told her to come or call back Monday to speak with a manager. That following Monday, no manager was available and how they haven’t seen them all morning/day.

Comment : Marc Motors put me in a brand new Rogue that I am absolutely in love with. If you need reliable service this is the place to go! Jessie and Margaret are amazing and greet me like an old friend! My car was serviced in the time they said it would be and it was clean! I highly recommend Marc Motors for all you car buying needs. Comment : Great experience with Chase Baldwin ( sales rep. ) on 7/17. I was looking at vehicles in the lot and he came right out and spoke with me and was able to answer all questions I had right away. I did buy a very nice vehicle thx to him. More importantly, I watched the interaction Chase had with an elderly woman in the showroom, he was very kind, polite and compassionate which seemed to ease the woman's nerves as she was buying a new vehicle. Marc motors should be very proud to have a great sales rep like Chase Baldwin.

Comment : Nick was extremely knowledgeable about the 2025 Murano Platinum and he went over everything with us until we understood. The buying experience was much better without any high pressure tactics that we have all come to understand when buying a car. I would tell anyone looking for a Nissan to go to Marc Motors and ask for Nick. We could not have been happier.

After 6 months i have reduced my rating to 3 stars. The reason was we heard from our sales person repeatedly to make sure we gave them a good review. Haven't heard from the salesman since other than an email 3 months later asking us to refer other friends and family to Marc Motors, we thought he was sincere but we were wrong.

Even worse when we call for our first service appointment for our 2025 Murano no one answers the phone in service. Have dealt with many car dealerships and have always had the experience of a service advisor person answering the phone. Not at Marc Motors you get a voice mail> We have always heard that car dealers make more money on service than actually selling cars. The way service calls are handled at Marc Motors make us feel as though we aren't important and worse that they are understaffed in the service department.

We called a Nissan dealer a lot closer to us and they are happy to have our business.

Comment : Travis was our salesman very nice young man. Hard worker explained everything clearly worked with us and made the experience. Very enjoyable would definitely buy my next vehicle from him and Mark motors.
