Comment : We went into Marc motors to look at a specific vehical advertised. It was available and we met Sebastian as the sales rep. He was informative and knew the product.
We ended up purchasing the vehical but we're not prepared to finalize the deal and take the car that day. Marc motors gave us a fair deal , bumped up their trade in value for our 14 Maxima .
We were surprised at how fast painless and efficient the dealership was in completing the transaction , transferring our insurance and getting approval from our credit union.
We both hate car shopping but the product was as advertised and the purchase experience was probably the most comfortable experience that we have had in purchasing a vehical.
Kudos to Sebastian and the management team for his pleasant experience.

Comment : Always professional and quick, I stopped in for my inspection and asked if they could also do an oil change. I was out in less than an hour.

Comment : Had fuel filters and oil changed on 1 ton diesel. My wife shows up to pick it up and it won't start. She goes back in and the service department says the battery was dead when we went to start it and we had to boost it. She said, "and you didn't think to call and ask if we wanted you to look into and fix that"! So she brings it home and I replace the batteries. One of the two fuel filter caps is so tight it had to be broken to get it off, the other one fuel filter hadn't been replaced at all. Stay away from this dealership.

Comment : Huge shout out to Marc motors for making it all so easy. I was so nervous to go into a dealership and was afraid to get the run around but it was nothing like that. We worked with Ben who really listened to our needs and the situation we were in. He worked with the great team of people to get us into a reliable and safe vehicle we can afford. Everyone was so nice and not pushy. I'm happy we decided to walk into Marc motors that day!
