Comment : I will never in my life, purchase another vehicle from Marc Motors, and especially not ever another Chrysler/ Stellantis/ Fiat product.

I cutom ordered a vehicle from Marc Motors 4 years ago. I was lied to about my trade in value, and they made a binch of empty promises. The vehicle (2021 Wrangler) has been nothing but problems ever since. Snake oil salesmen selling trash products. I don't like to leave negative reviews, and I normally don't. But this has been a terrible experience. This was the most expensive vehicle I have ever purchased and I have ironically had more problems than any vehicle I have ever had. I learned my lesson. I won't make the same mistake twice. Leaving the bad review to help others make an educated decision. Heads up to those willing the brave a purchase here..... thier "Document fee" was $700, 4 years ago. Who knows how much they want to rip you off now.

The service center people are very polite, but don't let that fool you. They are short staffed and will rush your vehicle to completion and cut corners along the way.

This was supposed to be my retirement/ dream vehicle after 20 years in the military.

I am turning my back on Jeep and Mark Motors for good.

Comment : I am overwhelmed with the Outstanding service I received with my overall experience at Marc Motors. From the start until moment taking delivery was treated exceptionally well from every staff member. Their professionalism was excellent treating me like family the whole time. Huge thanks to sales consultant Benjamin Reynolds for making the process smoothly effortless, his knowledge, taking time to help set up the new truck, going over all the features helped tremendously. He went out of his way to answer any questions that came up working diligently to ensure all needs were met. Comment : I just had one of the best experiences at Marc Motors buying my Jeep. Chase Baldwin was my sales guy. He completely listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and delivered. The whole team was great! They had me in and out in no time which I also appreciated! Brendan the sales manager was also great to work with. I highly recommend them! Again ask for Chase he was great!
