Comment : So I had a text conversation with someone at the dealership about them overcharging for a car I was interested in and that it was overpriced based on the KBB numbers. It became very very apparent that the dealership ultimately does not care about the consumer. He made assumptions about my ability to afford the car and told me he had better things to do than have the discussion. The text string showed the arrogant attitude and true colors of MARC Motors. It?s all about the money and making as much of it as they can, taking it from your pocket. When a salesman tells you there is no negotiating about the price and you walk out they couldn?t care less. Why would you stay? Go someplace else that will work with you, really mean it when they say they want to give you a good deal and not degrade you or assume things about you. They underestimated me and the money I had in my front pocket. Never going back. I wouldn?t even give one star if it were an option. They will take advantage of you if they can.

Comment : Wonderful no sales pressure atmosphere here. I once again worked with Caleb who went above and beyond. Made arrangements for lift kit and larger tires and both sales and service / accessory department worked together to get me the best option. Wasn't my first purchase and won't be my last. Thank you!!

Comment : Thank you Marc Motors. Had the truck I was looking for in stock. Smooth and painless process. Worked effortlessly with me to get a deal done. They went above and beyond. Truck was delivered to me from Sanford Maine to Barre VT. Gabe, Aimee, Cat, and all the others at Marc Motors that made this happen my true appreciation to all of you. Again, Thank you!!

Comment : Had basically all the parts in the exhaust for the diesel emissions replaced. Waited almost 3 months for the diesel particulate filter.
There were 4 other trucks waiting for same thing. The delay was not with Marc Motors but the company that makes the DPF.
The only small complaint was if I didn't stop in the check on things I would.not have known what was going on.
Other than that while I was there. They gave me all the information they had, and as soon as the part came in it was fixed the next day.
Service dept was polite and they did the best they could under the circumstances.

Comment : Nicki is a rock star ! She took care of everything for me , scheduling second visit for additional work , got me an awesome loaner ( probably thanks Ben also) , eveything fixed promptly . She has a great personality and keeps me comimg back to Marc Motors !!
