Comment : I was greeted immediately upon arriving at Marc Allen Buick-GMC, and the entire experience only got better from there. Steve (manager), Lane (sales), and Miranda (finance) truly went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer from start to finish—and even after the purchase.

This was the smoothest and fastest vehicle-buying experience I’ve had since purchasing my first car in 2000. I’ve bought many vehicles over the years, but I’ve never experienced this level of professionalism, transparency, and seamless service. The entire team at Marc Allen Buick-GMC clearly values their customers and worked hard to get me into a vehicle I’ll enjoy for years to come at a great price. Highly recommend.

Comment : Equal Credit opportunities act October 28, 1974 homemaker became an actual occupation that can be utilized on credit reports. Refusing to even try to get somebody alone based off of the ideology that they do not make an income is discrimination because they are a homemaker is discrimination. See equal credit opportunities act subsection 12 CFR 1002.6 6 B

He was eager to accommodate and get us the best deal and exactly what we wanted. Miranda in the business office was also very professional, quick and efficient. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had in years of purchasing vehicles at dealerships. I highly recommend!!!

Comment : Made an appointment to have my Sierra serviced for a noise coming from the rear wheel and a "service tire monitor system" warning. Between making the appointment and the service date, a number of other warning lights appeared. Mentioned this at the time I dropped off the vehicle. After evaluation, was informed that the rotors were worn and (of course) a few other items that were not critical but recommended. Asked my service advisor, Robert, whether the $2200 service would repair all issues, and was assured that it would. Picked up my truck 3 days later, got about 1 mile down the road and the "service time monitor system" light came back on. Was advised to come back in and was informed that "3 of the 4 sensors aren't sending" and this was verified by checking the codes. When I pointed out that this was why I brought the truck in in the first place--and the codes were obviously there before--I was told, "I can't fix what you don't tell me to fix." Will be seeking another location to have my vehicle(s) serviced in the future.
