Comment : What an awesome place. Thank goodness for them the receptionist is so great and up beat. Kevin is a savior for me. My insurance company just faxed & brought my car there. Busy time. But they took the time happily giving me answers. Nice to speak to real people and & great team thank you again. 20 highly recommended!

Comment : I stopped into Manny???s Autobody to have them look at a dent I got on my new Tacoma.The owner was busy but popped outside to take a look. He gave me an idea of what it would cost to fix this. I didn???t want to set up anything just then, although I thought the price was very fair.He ran inside and got some touch up paint to cover the exposed metal. Comment : This is an invitation to a mildly put, overzealous scenario.I did give a two-star rating because I am compelled to say this whole fiasco was entertaining at best...that deserves a gold star :)I read a review of this establishment, and I found many similarities to my experience. I encourage you to look it up! But first, let me be clear that I do not wish harm on anyone's livelihood but that they could just find better versions of themselves.So my experience consists of a car accident that I fortunately walked away from but sustained personal damage to the vehicle to the extent of needing a tow. Central towing (aka Many's affiliate of Williston, Vt) was the service provided. After discharge from the hospital, I inquired that I wanted to take a few things from my vehicle and was told literally and in a firm context that we own it until we are paid for our services. Stunned, I pushed back with a pause of silence and then exclaimed how that seemed untraditional as I did not ask for this to happen and that I must be scrutinized and punished. And yes, punished. If your obedience and language don't fit their needs then you are going to pay and that is exactly how this went down. The narrative rose to shouting and controlling characteristics. "You are gonna pay cash because I'm mad" or the alternate tow service I sought advice from are "crooks" (incidentally they have one of the best reviews on any given platform). He even questioned my maturity as he bantered little innuendos the whole time. For the loss of a better word, he and the faculty of 3 seem a bit unhinged. Person #3 named Wendy never met me until the day of the payment and already had me profiled as the bad guy which is normal I guess in his employ. if I "would've just shut up" as she put it this would've played out better...to whom, not sure. In conversations with my two sisters who were key in the witness/communication process regarding embellishments I "told" him I had no insurance when in fact, I did and that I made an employee's child cry over the phone that I never spoke with and why would I? These allegations are unfounded and are mere speculation and that is the foundation of these behaviors. I decided to return with cash as he preferred as my punishment and I entered to pay. Wendy was in the back office but in full view of the customer area with a customer ahead of us waiting. I felt sorry for this customer as she was not acknowledged and she seemed tense to get going but this is another story altogether and a sample of what to expect here. So, to summarize Many claims "35 years" of experience that knows no proper service and that "35 years" does not equate to proper customer service. If you can't diffuse then you lose! I had to discretely record some of these convos and let me tell ya, you can't make this sh*t up.

Comment : Brought my vehicle in for a quote for insurance while I was away for a few weeks. They dodged my phone calls and did thousands of dollars of unauthorized work on my vehicle and then they held my vehicle hostage behind a locked gate until we signed off on it. Bring your car anywhere else.

Comment : We had a really great experience at Many's. The owners and the technicians were great. They helped us with one issue for free and helped us find a cheaper alternative for the body work that needed to be done (ie: sourcing a used part over a new one and talking through pros and cons). Their invoicing is also really transparent as are their quotes. Moreover, they helped me find an Air Tag that was placed on my vehicle without my knowledge. My phone alerted me that an unknown Air Tag was following me. We personally searched the entire vehicle and the undercarriage high and low. We also had our mechanics search the vehicle's undercarriage and they couldn't find anything. We took it to Many's and told them to do whatever they needed to do to find it. The tech ended up finding the Air Tag that was bagged, duct taped, muted, and concealed in the undercarriage. We are so grateful to Many's for being able to find this and put us at ease, at least knowing it wasn't on the vehicle anymore. Overall, great experience and I would recommend anyone to them. Yes, it took a while for the body work parts to come in and for the labor but that's anywhere. That's also the nature of any service industry like this so to me I don't see it as a con, I just see it as the nature of the business. Whenever I wanted to check up on the status I just called the office and they pleasantly gave me an update.

Comment : Many’s was easy to work with and did a great job repairing my car after it was backed into. My car looks like new like nothing ever happened. They had to deal with the worst insurance company I’ve ever had the “mispleasure” of working with (USAA) they were aweful. many’s did the hard work and got everything worked out and taken care of! Shout out to Kevin and his Team.

Comment : Mr. Many and his team have always had competitive pricing and been easy to deal with. I???ve dealt with them at least a half a dozen times over the last several years and each time has been painless.
What more can you ask for?
