Comment : I question the finance department at this dealership due to being difficult to work with. They seemed to have zero experience with an out of state purchase. The finance department math was all over the place & tried to place fees into my overall cost as if I wouldn?t notice. They had to rewrite my deal I made with my sales guy four times. The only person I had a great experience with was our sales guy Stefan Yanez. He went above & beyond to help us out with an out of state perchase. I highly recommend working with Stefan. Unfortunately however, because of the finance department, I cannot give more than 3 stars as it was so frustrating & a very unnecessary long process to purchase the vehicle despite the great rate Stefan was able to help us get approved for. It also took over a week to get the vehicle shipped despite Stefan following up. Maybe if it was an in state purchase it would have been different but when math looks bad in purchases, hard to recommend shopping here.

I bought my 2026 Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4 at Manhattan Beach Toyota and worked with Lawrence throughout — and honestly the experience raised the bar for what buying a car should feel like. He tracked every leg of my truck’s journey (from vessel arrival at port to final transport to the dealership) and proactively emailed me at each step so I was never left wondering. When I had a detailed late-night question about steel vs. TRD skid plates, he came back with a thorough written breakdown, cost-efficiency reasoning, and photos to compare — the kind of research most people wouldn’t bother doing. When pickup day finally came, my wife and I were in and out of the back office in 19 minutes — at a car dealership. If you know, you know. Post-delivery he continued to follow up with useful tips: a highly recommended PPF shop he personally trusts, the Toyota app, even specific license plate bracket options. Lawrence is a genuine car guy who treats his customers like people, not transactions. If you’re buying a Toyota in SoCal, he’s your guy.

Had a great experience with Micah, who was positive and honest from the first call and made the extra effort to make sure we were taken care of. Can't recommend this team enough!

Answered every question we had and was very attentive not just her but also Oliver and the finance department team. My family and I are very happy with our brand new 2026 Highlander.
