Their response time is incredible, I accidentally locked my infant in my vehicle and they showed up right away this morning. Got the door open quickly and baby was still sleeping! Comment : My car was towed here after an accident. I went there to get my stuff out of the car and asked if they could take the plates off the car. They were closing so the employee there said he would take them off in the morning and I could pick them up. Ok no problem. Turns out he never bothered to take them off, and when I called asking where they were I got blamed for their employees incompetence AND was told it was MY FAULT for not going there the next day to *remind him* to take them off WHEN I HAVE NO CAR. AT the time I was borrowing my moms car, but I had to give it back so I had no way of getting there the next day. Regardless, I received no calls saying they had my plates to pick up (because they were never taken off.) The woman there (the manager) had the balls to call me rude and say it was my fault because I didn't demand to have him take them off right then and there when I was getting my stuff out. The owner called me back to double down and blame me instead of apologizing. If they can't do something as simple as take your plates off, DO NOT trust these people to do ANYTHING with your car!My car was towed here after an accident.
