Comment : Excellent Experience at Mal's Auto! I randomly chose Mal's Auto, and I'm so glad I did. The receptionist was exceptional--professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. She explained everything clearly, provided a fair estimate, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The best surprise was that my final bill was even lower than the estimate! Honest service and great customer care. A big thank-you to the owner and the wonderful professional team for making this such a great experience. Highly recommended! HIDER

Comment : I trust quality of repairs that I have had done at Mal's. I have an older Chevy Roadtrek, the service people are amazing. They stand by their work. I would rather wait more time than have anyplace shop work on my van. The office staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
