It is unacceptable that I should have to bring my car in 3 times in 19 months (and their warranty covers 24 months) for the exact same issue. I understand that that's how their warranty works. But I feel like a piñata for these people.They replace some component of the cooling system each time, then in a few months I'm bringing it back. Absolute unacceptable. They have exploited me for car repairs twice, and are trying for a third.I brought my car to them twice last year for repairs. The symptom was the engine overheating. The repair in March 2025 was to replace the thermostat assembly. The issue went away, but the exact same symptoms appeared in August 2025. They replaced the water pump. They said warranty doesn't apply because it was different work done. The car worked fine until this week, October 2026. The same symptom appeared, so I took it back in hoping for the warranty coverage. After inspection they informed me it was the cooling fan. And again, it's different work, so warranty WILL NOT apply.Absolutely no follow-through and good will from these people. Told me $79.99 as I already knew that it takes an extra quarter of oil,and a special filter. However, upon checkout, I was told $107.00. I questioned why I was not told the correct price,and was never told. I believe that the price quoted should've been honored to ensure return customer, but I suppose it really doesn't matter in the days.
