Comment : SCAM ALERT: I had my vehicle towed in two 4 days ago to this establishment that I have patronized faithfully for 10 years but this time I simply wanted to know whether it was the starter because it was warrantied for two years and Malik s nephew was absolutely rude on the phone saying there is no use diagnosing the car as it was leaking oil and would charge if I do decide to have him check the starter. Malik s nephew proceeded to tell me that he took pictures of the damage to the engine in which I told him to send and he never sent. I never agreed to an engine evaluation. I then called the next day and the nephew was rude again and hence Malik took the phone and started comparing my engine to a heart, giving irrelevant analogies with no detailed report of the engine trouble and not providing a recourse as his statements concerning my engine being internally damaged had no credence independent of a report. The following day I went to get it towed and I was slapped with a $150 dollar bill and no pictures of the evaluation and detailed diagnosis. These people are scammers! They exploited me of $150 dollars! These are thieves! I will never return to this establishment. I was ripped off and had to junk my car without a report of the work done. Comment : I was having a windshield installed nearby at Pro-Bond auto glass when I received a random message on my dash that my airbag wasn't working. Malik spent an hour trying to troubleshoot it, and helped me without charging me a dime. I was just a random guy passing through, and he treated me like family. Comment : Best oil change experience EVER. I was able to get a walk in oil change. I didn???t wait long. Service was top notch. The owner (I???m guessing that???s who it was) even hooked it up with the BEST homemade soup I ever had. He came in the waiting room and sat down with all of us and had a good conversation and everything. This place is legit.
