Comment : I came in because my car windows kept fogging up, and they really helped me out. They gave me a discount on the diagnostics and even recommended that I hold off on a full repair since the issue was small and not worth a huge bill right now. Super honest and I actually left feeling like they were looking out for me instead of trying to upsell anything. I appreciate that a lot.

Comment : Unfortunately, my husband's car wouldn't start when he got out of work, so I searched for a nearby auto shop and decided on Maintenance Pros based on their excellent reviews and clean, welcoming office. They even have a snack bar available for customers while they wait. I called ahead, and the receptionist, Natalie, was extremely helpful. When I arrived, she explained the pricing and paperwork, and throughout the process they kept me updated on the status of the car. I dropped it off on a Friday and they had it completed by 9 a.m. on Monday. I also had the opportunity to meet the owner, who personally called to update me on the repairs. Natalie continued to be kind and supportive the entire time. It's clear that this shop truly cares about their customers and strives to provide the best service possible. If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy auto shop, this is the place to go.

Comment : I'm always sceptical when it comes to repair shops. After much convincing from Natalie I brought my car in for what I thought might be the wheel bearings. It turned out to be a bent brake caliper pin and upper transmission mount. They were kind enough to wave the fee on the pin and just charge for the labor on the mount and the part. I also met the owner and had a nice conversation with him about maintenance of my car. Very knowledgable staff. This is a very honest, reliable outfit. That's very hard to find in this day and age. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here. You won't regret it. They might just save you a lot of money. I know they did for me.

Comment : Want to start off by saying I originally came in because my car didn't start wasn't sure what the issue was. Called ahead of time to let them know I needed to bring my car in and they took it in immediately and within the same day they figured out the issue and had a fix for it at a great fair price. Throughout the maintenance Natalie the receptionist kept me in touch with updates on the car as well as put me on call with the techs as needed. After I got my car back the car gave me another issue aside from the one they fixed and they took it in and looked at it very promptly as well no hesitation and let me know they could take care of this issue as well free of charge. They took care of me and my car no questions asked, no upselling, no fluff. Without a doubt this will be my go to shop going forward. I care a lot about my car and they would not let me leave unless I was satisfied with the result. Outstanding work and I appreciate the whole crews work!

I've been with several auto mechanics and stuck with one until it changed ownership, and I'm very happy I landed with Maintenance Pros. Comment : So, my Tesla X started squeaking on the top end suspension AGAIN after a massive rainstorm. This is known to happen when it gets very wet. The correct fix for this problem is to replace the upper control arms, a repair that costs around $750. With the holidays coming up, I wanted to save that money and do the temporary fix, which is to inject grease into the ball joints. Maintenance Pros hooked me up again! Rob no longer works here, and Natalie handled everything for me this time along with their technician. I would like to compliment her and the owner Alex, once again they've provided amazing service AND once again they did this temporary fix completely free of charge! As I said before, I will bring all of my cars here anytime they need maintenance that I can't handle myself along with any major repairs to any of my cars. It's so hard to find a reputable and trustworthy auto repair shop, but if you're reading this you don't need to look any further - just take your car here and don't think twice about it, because they won't give you any BS and your car will be fixed quickly and with care. Thanks again Maintenance Pros, I'll be back!

Comment : I came back for a routine oil change and was surprised to find out that the person I worked with before, Rob, wasn't the owner. I was very pleased to meet Alex this time -- he's the owner and personally comes all the way from Newport to make sure customers get top-notch service. That really says a lot about how much he cares about his business and customers! He clearly explained everything that the technician found while doing my routine check and even took me to the back to show me exactly what was going on with my car, and made sure I understood the repairs needed. He was very patient and answered all of my questions that I had. I ended up just getting the routine oil change and my air filters replaced, holding off on the pricier repairs. On top of the great service, Alex even threw in a few discounts and offered to see how we could lower the price of the bigger repairs that would be needed soon. Natalie, the front desk service manager, and Zach the technician that worked on my car were also extremely kind! Definitely worth the money for quality service and quality parts. Everyone here is honest, professional, and patient. They made sure I felt completely comfortable with the process. And the snack & coffee bar are an added bonus. It's rare to find a shop this transparent and trustworthy -- highly recommend!
