They provided three clear options for repairing my air conditioning system and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each, varying by cost, permanency, and guarantees without pressuring me to choose a specific option. Additionally, they conducted a comprehensive vehicle health check that highlighted issues with my tires. Their quote for replacing the tires and performing a front-end alignment was very competitive.I appreciated their transparency, timeliness, and customer focus they even offered me a senior discount! Comment : I am disabled with MS. One morning I got in my special equipped van and the battery didn t start. I got roadside assistance but then I was in desperate need for a battery. Main Street Auto is the first place I called and a wonderful guy named Brian answered the phone. He could not have been Kinder. He told me to head over and that he would come out and analyze the situation. I didn t even need to get out of the car. He replaced the battery for me within about 15 minutes. Comment : I can t remember having as good of an experience as I ve had at Main Street Auto when thinking about a mechanic shop! I can t speak for anyone else, but as a woman, going to get work done on your car can be quite a daunting experience. Main Street auto took great care of my car, and I also felt valued as a customer. Everyone there was very welcoming and the owner Tom really cares about his customers.
