Comment : I didn???t end up getting my vehicle serviced at MAG Payless Car Care because the specific issue I had wasn???t something they could handle, but I was so impressed with their customer service! The staff went out of their way to provide me with helpful information and even recommended other local businesses that could assist me. This saved me so much time and effort researching on my own. Their willingness to help, even when they weren???t getting my business that day, really stood out to me. Comment : SCAM!!! I've youse'd this place before. Even though I was charged 3k dollars for my truck, they did a beautiful job. This time, they have new managers, RJ. Rj doesn't have the quality skills to make sure vehicles are worked on right. He's about scamming people to make them think there's something else wrong with their vehicle. If you bring your vehicle to this place like I did, make sure they do do the job right! They don't do the job right. Make sure they put new parts in your vehicle because rj deals in used parts. Christen Brothers has proof as well as I that this company is scamming people. I asked Rj to speak to the owner, which he refused, and now I have proof that this company is taking customers for their money. Good luck, Mag Payless Car Care Center, in staying in business. You don't deserve customers' money! Rj doesn't care about loyal customers who spend 10k plus on their vehicles. He only cares about getting as many people in the shop and telling them something else's is wrong with their vehicles because he done something wrong because theirs no good mechanics here. He doesn't know what he's doing. He's just about getting more money out of customers that they don't need to spend. Go to a different shop for a second onion.

Comment : My mom brought a car from there and a little over a month it start having problems! & when she called to fix or to see if they could help fix the problem they NEVER RETUNED HER CALLS! Still hasn???t returned her calls! Horrible after care!!!

Comment : Great business relationship with the service department until I purchased a lemon of a car from them. Would NOT recommend. Having to dump a quart of oil every 500 miles isn't normal after they assured me that the repairs which cost $1500 would resolve it and did NOT.
