Comment : If you need reliable, honest and high quality service for your car, Mafer is your place. I was involved in a car accident and had to leave my car in CT, 2 hours away from home. My first contact with the Auto body was Sandra. She helped me understand the process, helped me get my car from the tow storage. Then Marcelo took care of the car. He was a pleasure to work with. He explained all that my car needed, how insurance worked, helped me save my car from being totalled. He even went the extra mile to mail me my garage door opener - little things like this make the difference, it tells you the type of person you are dealing with. I am extremely thankful to Marcelo and his team for getting my car fixed and I highly recommend his services.

Comment : I was rear ended after owner my new Genesis for two days. The insurance company gave me a list to choose from for an estimate. I found some of the companies had multiple locations and some were owned by private equity. I prefer a small business where the owner is on site to supervise all the work. I read good reviews about Marcelo. I had my work done here and the experience was amazing. Marcelo coordinated the approval , scheduled me and had the work done on time. The result looks as if there was never an accident. You can tell he cares about his customers and his work. I now have a friend at a auto body shop. If needed, I will return here or recommend a friend.
