Comment : It has been over a year and they still never finished the job. They left a piece off of my car. It makes it noisy in the car. I have called and stopped in multiple times. They never reach out to me, I am the one making the effort to try to get my car finished.

Comment : I had a great experience with Mae collision, got a very fair estimate they repaired my car beautifully and was honest enough to inform me that it was lower than original estimate because they didn t have to do a few things that was initially quoted. Staff is also very nice!! Thank you!

Comment : A Honest Review of Mae Collision:I worked at this shop as a Collision Estimator for nearly two years and put my heart into the job. I loved it and wore the logo and merchandise with pride. During my time there, I consistently showed up, never was late, worked hard, and contributed to the success of the business.Unfortunately, despite my dedication, I was abruptly fired without cause or explanation. Simply was told things are not working out as they hoped and management wanted to go a different direction. I was not perfect but I sure gave it my best shot.I entered my employment still very green in the industry. With promises of growth and development I thought this was a life long career and partnership. I gave my all and held nothing back. Learning daily. I ve been fired for a week for speaking my mind and brought back a week later. I should not have returned. Almost half a year later I was dismissed abruptly during a very busy week where the shop s lot was filled. Some jobs personal friends I had referred.While the shop does good respectable work in terms of vehicle repairs, the McCallister s treatment of employees raises serious concerns. Your employment could be secure Monday and gone Tuesday. You will be used and not appreciated. It s all about making them more money, I get it that s the business. You will be told you are a vital part of the team and two weeks later be let go as if you were nothing and nobody to them no matter how much money you made them.There seems to be a lack of respect for the people who help keep the business running. Decisions like terminating employees without cause or discussion reflect poorly on their management practices.If you re considering doing business with MAE Collision, know that while your car might get fixed (and fixed very well, the Technicians are A++), the way they treat their team behind the scenes leaves a lot to be desired. Comment : MAE collision got my car back together after my front bumper was damaged in an accident! (The picture is from after the bumper was pushed back in but it was hanging on the ground ) They had my car for a month, unfortunately due to having to search and search for parts but let me tell you they did an amazing job with her! Donovan assured me that they would work and do the best that they can to get my car back looking better and they did! My battery had some wearing and needed replaced so they gave me a jump to get to autozone and get a new one and highly suggested I get it done for my safety which was very nice of them!I was going to give a four stars just because my car was with them for so long, and I probably only received one to two calls and had to sort of here through the grapevine from the insurance company about the updates but when I did call for updates, they always were nice and gave me thorough information on what was going on with my car! They were also very helpful with updating enterprise and state farm for the rental I had. Comment : PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING....I went there to have my driver side mirror replaced, Donovan gave me an estimate close to 200 to fix including labor. The mirror took 15-20 mins to fix. I paid the bill then went to car and saw they charged me for 2 hours of labor. When I went back in to get my refund, because I understood charging an hour but not 2, especially at 60 per hrs. Donovan refused and said he gave me a deal and I was paying for the techs service and expertise. They called Richard who is the GM and he refused also, saying that was time for ordering parts etc... Richard then said he was going to call Donovan and again refused to tell me why and hung up on me... Donovan then told me to leave and I want getting my money back. I told him he could call the cops as I have proof you charged me 2 hours for a 15 min job. The only bright spot was the secretary who looked disappointed in Donovan behavior. Ultimately Donovan gave me my money back because as he said he doesn't get paid enough to deal with this.. Comment : My truck was hit and badly damaged. I went to MAE on a mechanics recommendation. Mason, Rich and team were a pleasure to deal with. They handled everything and they did a great job. If you need collision repair, go see them. You won???t be disappointed.
