Comment : Yes, my shocks and struts needed to be replaced. In which we had them replaced. Car rides much smoother. Couldnt be happier with the cars ride. Mohsen, was very I formative and professional, not pushy just concerned for my safety. Made in Japan is now my go to for car repairs.

Comment : Car was left outside with keys locked inside -- at our request. The keys were left in a different place than specifically discussed. We spent a half hour looking for them. When they finally told us where they had left them, there wasnt even a hint of an apology. Is it that hard? On the plus side, the work was done well and on time, as promised, which we appreciate. Thank you.

Comment : Forgot the mechanics name. So sorry! But I do remember that he was honest, kind, accommodating and helpful! He had the sweetest Dog with him. I was there about 10pm and thought his shop was closed but he happened to peek outside to see who was leaving their car behind. He helped me fill up my tires and send me on my way (I had run flats And didnt realize I could drive safely home with them) long story short I was glad I was at least able to meet him and his puppy (yorkie- super smart!!!!)
