Comment : This shop and all the techs are amazing! They were able to fit me in with needing tires ASAP (even tho I was a brand new client) and have me ready to roll in 24hrs! The guys are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and communication was perfect. And the shop shuttle made my life less stressful. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Comment : Mac’s Service Center has been our secret weapon for keeping our family on the go. They are a full service repair and tire shop and are reliable and honest. I especially appreciate their shuttle service and the option to use a loaner vehicle while mine gets serviced.

They have allowed me to keep my favorite car on the road going on 14 years now and still going strong!

I appreciate their expertise with hybrid vehicles and the fact that they can also service my Jeep. Their tire services are top notch too!

Comment : Wish i could give a negative star. Dropped my car off there because they are a preferred AAA service facility. They called and said the diagnostic fee was $239 (after looking at) to check the battery because the car wasn't starting. NTB diagnostic fee is $0. Would have taken it to NTB if i knew ahead of time the fee was so damn ridiculous. Now i have to get the car towed to NTB to get the battery changed because i refuse to give these crooks another dime. Then Mike lies and says he told me the fee before they looked at the car. He did not!

Comment : If I could rate higher I would! This place did a phenomenal job. Mike, the general manager, took great care of me with his good old fashion customer service. I had an inspection and interior detailing done. I was a little skeptical about the interior detailing because the price was so low, but it did not reflect the service. They did an AMAZING job with the detailing, just about $200 for everything! I was given quotes from other auto detailers for between $500-$1000. I am committed to staying loyal to Macs moving forward and will bring all of my business to them! 100000/10!!!!!If I could rate higher I would! This place did a phenomenal job.
