Comment : Top tier experience from the first call to pick up! I don’t take that lightly. If you drive a Tesla you know how long the weight can be to get your car in and let me tell you: my car was in BAD shape. Mac walked me thru everything I needed and didn’t need for the time being; saving me so much time and money. I will definitely keep sharing! Thanks guys!

Comment : I came in to get an oil change on my wifes car and you did not install the oil filter correctly. The oil was leaking on our driveway. We saw it and brought it back in . You did another oil change. I came in and got an oil change on my dodge ram. You said you noticed and said that I needed a whole new side view mirror to pass inspection that was coming due. were going to order me a new one until I looked at it. I got the lens replaced at a much cheaper price. I just called you needing an oil change and inspection on my daughter's crv. It has an interlock on it. You said that you would have to charge an extra 169 .00 because of that. I offered to drive it in and pull it back out. You said no

Comment : We are blown away at the level of service we have received and level of care our vehicles have received over the last few weeks. It was so convenient to drop off my car, get a ride to and from work. The office Team communicates quickly regarding recommended services. My car was returned to me cleaned inside and out. Who knew car maintenance could truly be such a great experience. We will definitely recommend Mac?s Auto to anyone who needs their vehicles serviced.

Comment : Mac took the time to drive in my vehicle with me so I could explain what I was hearing. The work was completedon the day I brought it in and as a small business owner that works out if his truck it was good to have it operational the next day. And, they returned it to me showroom clean. 6 STARS

Comment : Yea they were doing great at first. Fixing things I needed fix. Then when it came to the inspection I apparently had 3000$ worth of stuff wrong with my car. When I had been coming to them to fix. So a little confused. Whatever Lost a customer who was bringing in money. Also should add I got someone else to look over my car and nothing but the door handle was wrong with it. So the 6-7 things that they said were wrong with my car it was not.

Comment : Mac's Service Center is my go to for car repairs since I moved to Ashland. It's hard to find a good mechanic shop that you can trust. I have one car, so their courtesy shuttle service or loaner cars help a lot. They keep my car safe and running well. I highly recommend them for general maintenance or complicated repairs. I own a 2015 VW Golf Sportwagon with a diesel engine (TDI).
