Comment : If I could rate higher I would! This place did a phenomenal job. Mike, the general manager, took great care of me with his good old fashion customer service. I had an inspection and interior detailing done. I was a little skeptical about the interior detailing because the price was so low, but it did not reflect the service. They did an AMAZING job with the detailing, just about $200 for everything! I was given quotes from other auto detailers for between $500-$1000. Comment : Love these guys!! I drive 30 minutes away to have my Jeep serviced by them! This is my 2nd vehicle I ve used them for. They take excellent care of my car and are very honest! I will keep using them and have recommended them to so many people!

Comment : I tried Mac s out for the first time today, and boy-oh-boy what a great experience. I have an electric vehicle with ~60,0000 miles on it. I wanted to take it to the dealership but that was not only pricey but difficult to schedule.Mac s not only fit me in the same week I requested, but also had the factory specs and certification to perform the service. They were able to get the dealer specified parts and fluids to maintain my warranty. They also provided me with transportation while they serviced my vehicle.I also had my tires replaced and an alignment. I could not be more pleased with the level of service, competence, and hospitality.Full disclosure, I work on very large diesel engines occasionally and I approve of this business. Comment : While driving from NY to FL my car (Subaru Forrester) started making knocking noises and shaking at every speed! I was afraid I was going to lose a tire. We found Mac's online and called from I 95. They told us to come in and had a car drive us to a place of our choice while they figured out what was wrong, ran a diagnostic, ordered parts, kept us updated and eventually got us back on the road! Professional, courteous and communicative! If I ever get stuck on I 95 again I hope it's in Ashland,VA! Comment : They are wonderful here! They are always very courteous and helpful with even small things like putting air in your tires if you ask. Charles is great and has been there for years and is usually who we deal with. We feel they are honest and love that they give military discount and have a point system also. Comment : Mac's service is service with a smile. They have replaced my altenator (when the dealer couldn't;t find time) and today replaced the passenger-side outside rear view mirror -- both for my 2010 Lincoln so parts may be hard to get.
