Comment : Car broke down randomly while idling. They did a great job fixing my car well, accommodating my schedule when I had to be out of town, and offering reasonable prices and professional service. Accurate estimates of cost when issue was unknown which was very comforting.

Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : I was 700 miles from home with a seized caliper. First call was to dealer, second call to Mac?s. Same job with same parts for several hundred dollars less than the dealer quote, and turned around vehicle in a day for me. Vacation continues because of the service I received!
