Comment : Avoid Mac’s Auto. They sat on my truck for 4–5 months, then refused to work on it and threatened to have it impounded with zero warning. Charles was extremely rude on the phone, talking over me and giving no respect. Two weeks from today to get my truck out was the first time we agreed on anything. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and I’ll never go back.

Update: since it won’t let me reply to your comment. My truck was on your property for 4 months without hearing anything…one month after I received the call from yall to pick it up, you threaten to impound it? Even after I told you I was in a tight spot financially right now and I would remove it asap…which means “as soon as possible” for all those who thinks it means “quickly”…. Yea that’s what we call good business…and to your response of I need to move “promptly”…as I mentioned/agreed on with Charles, it will be gone in two weeks and no sooner.

Comment : We could not have been more pleased with Mac service center Troy, VA. Dustin did an amazing job of sourcing a transmission for us for our older hybrid. It was reasonably priced and installed quickly. We have always been pleased with their work but the service this time was absolutely awesome!
