Comment : Perfect customer service! We were in the area visiting from out of state when we noticed oil leaking from the engine. They were able to squeeze us in, solve the problem and have us on our way the same day! Thank you so very much Dustin and crew!

Comment : Brought the car in for check engine light. Paid $2500 in repairs for break calipers and installing a side mirror and told check engine light was addressed...but No. They drove out to get my car and left a loaner. I was impressed! Two more return trips each time being told check engine was addressed but still wasn't. Didn't bother going back 4th time. Very disappointed.

Comment : Avoid Mac’s Auto. They sat on my truck for 4–5 months, then refused to work on it and threatened to have it impounded with zero warning. Charles was extremely rude on the phone, talking over me and giving no respect. Two weeks from today to get my truck out was the first time we agreed on anything. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and I’ll never go back.

Update: since it won’t let me reply to your comment. My truck was on your property for 4 months without hearing anything…one month after I received the call from yall to pick it up, you threaten to impound it? Even after I told you I was in a tight spot financially right now and I would remove it asap…which means “as soon as possible” for all those who thinks it means “quickly”…. Yea that’s what we call good business…and to your response of I need to move “promptly”…as I mentioned/agreed on with Charles, it will be gone in two weeks and no sooner.
