Comment : I want to thank you, on behalf of your staff, for diagnosing and repairing a potentially very expensive issue with my Altima.This was my wife's car, mine now, and the check engine light kept coming on. The people we brought the car to before said it was an emissions issue and nothing to worry about.Your master technician diagnosed an overly rich fuel-air mixture, which could have burned out the catalytic convertor.Thank you again for this timely diagnosis and repair!!I want to thank you, on behalf of your staff, for diagnosing and repairing a potentially very expensive issue with my Altima. Comment : I took my car to Macs for a front end alignment and they tried to tell me that my tire was broken, wanting to sell me a whole new set for $1000 extra dollars. I declined and they said that my car would pull to the left because of it. Well I go get it back and it is massively pulling to the right and had my dad (mechanic) check out my tires and he said that they are fine. So I paid for an alignment that I didnt get. Comment : Broke down 2 hours from home on Christmas Day. On my daughter s recommendation - she has been going to Mac s for a number of years - I contacted them the following day and they inducted my vehicle as soon as I got it towed there. Mac s diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 hours and had us on the way home. I highly recommend using Mac s if you need good and reliable service.Broke down 2 hours from home on Christmas Day. Comment : When we needed our tires replaced, it was such a pleasant surprise to discover Mac???s had free shuttle service ??? my wife and I share a single car at the moment so drop offs are difficult to arrange. . . The shuttle service was just perfect for our needs! And they also did a great job replacing the tires and doing a wheel alignment.

Comment : I've been using Mac's for several years since I moved to the area. They're always quick and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they never try to unnecessarily upsell you on anything. The work is solid, but if anything comes up they'll also take another look and make it right if something wasn't perfect. Comment : I dropped my Chevy Malibu off for a clunking sound in the rear. They had it all day to diagnose and called in the afternoon to explain the diagnosis, which was supposedly the rear spring isolators. They had to order the parts and would have it fixed the next business day. They called when they were done and my wife picked it up. The first time I drove it I knew it wasn't fixed. I called and explained the situation and took it back to them a few days later, and they diagnosed it again. They gave me a new estimate to replace the rear suspension knuckles, and after talking with Mr. McManus, I was put back on the schedule and credited for the previous work that didn't fix the issue.
