Comment : This is the only place to go in Gresham. Period. I turned my vehicle Monday morning and it was done Wednesday night. Mark communicates accordingly and is so kind! Not only were they super prompt but the painters went above and beyond, eliminating a large scratch on my vehicle that was not part of the vandalism claim to my door handle. Thank you Mackins!!

Comment : Not too sure about this company because when my car got wrecked, I gave them $600 deposit towards my deductible and less than 24 hours later I was being told that it got totaled and they couldn?t just reverse the payment from their office right there digitally back onto my card. I have waited now 11 days and since it?s been issued for refund, which makes it 14 days since I was asking for the refund and I still haven?t seen it if I don?t see it by Friday the stars will go down if I do they will go up.

Comment : They kept me informed, the price was good for what they were providing. Car looks good. The interior was cleaned. My mat's in the back of my floor were also cleaned where I hadn't been able to get them cleaned before so that was great.

Comment : The the bad service reviews are right. Simply not going here based on a simple customer service phone call.
I?m repairing my car and don?t have insurance so I went on a call spree to ask around for prices and advice. I called them asked for an estimate, I needed to see how much money I had to be ready with. And the lady on the phone acted like it?s mission impossible without me bringing it in and for some reason reaalllyyy wanted my vin number, like my car was stolen or something smh. Like what I supposed to do? Bring my car and pay whatever u want me to pay? No, there?s a reason I?m calling asking for an estimate. And too top it off. Literally gets mad. Speaks gibberish. And storms me off to check online?wow good professionalism and wayyy to sell ur service?
Glad there?s plenty of local body shop. Others were sooo much easier to deal with. Just simply asking for pictures to their company phone and getting back right away. Simple. No hassle about vin numbers WTH. Or attitude
