Comment : I was impressed from start to finish how professional, friendly and helpful everyone was. It was very evident they truly cared about getting your vehicle repaired the right way and making you happy. Appreciated the regular process updates and their efforts to provide OEM parts. Comment : Steve Kohler was awesome. I was rearended and picked Mackins to do the quote and assesment and I was NOT disappointed. Steve probably has been the best part of the whole experience. He was professional, knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way. He also treated me like a human and had genuine concern for health and safety over all. He never once left me hanging. Short time interaction with him but he left a great impression and is a great asset to their team as a whole.

Another accident. Although Mackins was out of network for the at fault insurance i knew they were the ones for the job. Stellar work as usual. Couldnt be more pleased.
