Comment : This was the first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive Westinghouse Road. I made an appointment and requested oil change, state inspection, air and cabin air filters. Dropped the car off and meet with Lance the Service manager. Gave me an estimate and told me they would contact be when vehicle was ready as well as send me updates which it was being service. They sent me texts letting me know the vehicle was in the shop, it passed inspection, oil was changed using synthetic oil, waiting for cabin air filter. I had received a text with a photo letting me know that the engine air filter looked brand new. I usually keep track of things like that but fail to note that I had recently replaced the air filter, my error. When I picked up the vehicle, the air filter charge had been removed. The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a professional, honest, competent, friendly auto service shop, choose CBA, you will be pleasantly surprised. My biggest regret is that it took me so long to find them.

Comment : Rich Machado is the most honest mechanic on Earth. We take both our cars to him and always leave amazed. His prices make the Subaru dealership look like a prank. When my wife’s check engine light came on, it was just a sensor. He told the truth, fixed it, and charged almost nothing.

Also, Rich is jacked. Like, shockingly fit for a man who fixes cars all day. Handsome too, but I won’t get into that.

I would trust this man with my life. I might name my firstborn after him. Boy or girl. Five stars forever.

Comment : Class A+ service and repair. Took my truck in for 100K mile overall inspection and replacement of spark plugs and wires for 5.7 hemi engine. Meaning 16 spark plugs. Estimate given the same morning dropped off and repair and inspection completed by early next morning. Truck is running like a top!
