Comment : I haven't had any work done by Mace's in at least six months, but just recommended them to a friend and realized when googling that I haven't left a review. Mace's garage is honest, does great work, and leaves no stone unturned. You get what you pay for, and automobiles are not something that should be taken to the lowest bidder. I have no personal affiliation but will not take my vehicles anywhere else when I need important work done.

I normally take care of all of my own issues with my vehicles but this requires tools I didn't want to purchase...so I'm picky and difficult when it comes to my vehicle maintenance. This shop is on point...Jeff was easy to work with on scheduling, COMMUNICATION was outstanding...huge when it comes to trusting a shop for me. I don't know if pricing was average or high or whatever...they had great reviews before I contacted them and rhats what mattered to me. I felt like I was taken care of and will absolutely use this shop when I run into something out of my wheelhouse. Thanks Jeff!

Comment : RIP OFF!!! Took my 08 CRV to Mace's garage. It was running extrememly rough and would go dead every time I put it in gear. More often than not it would take multiple restarts to finally get it to stay started long enough to get the gear to engage. Literally every time. I agreed to pay the $130 diagnosis fee and left the vehicle overnight. My hope was they would discover what was wrong and, depending on the cost, they would fix it. Its an old car and i wasnt prepared to pay a huge sum for repairs but wanted to at least know what it would take to get it back in good order and make an informed decision then. The garage called the next day and said they could not find anything wrong with it and they could not get it to duplicate what I had described re: going dead many times before it would engage. That is literally impossible. I picked the car up and it literally went dead 3 times before I could get it out of their parking lot. So, I took it to Tire Town in Benton. They found the issue and fixed it. I had my car back in 3 hours. Mace Garage charged me$130 for absolutely nothing. I am convinced they did not even attempt to drive the car. I will never visit this business again and absolutely do not recommend it to anyone else.
