Comment : I bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee here in November, before I made it home the day i bought it i noticed a continuous clicking noise coming from the radio. There was also a light on the dash saying the forward collision breaking my was off when it was in fact on. Later on that day i also heard a knocking in the engine. I called and talked to the service center and they told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. I brought it in, sat there and waited for over 3 hours for them to come out and say they could hear the knocking, they didn t hear the noise from the radio and they want me to bring it back at a later date to get a loaner so they can figure out the light on the dash. I brought it back the following monday and was told my appointment for the loaner wasn t till a week from then but they got me a loaner anyway and took my car. They called me the next day to say it was allset, I drove up to get it light was off the dash but the clicking in the radio continued and it seemed they had totally disregarded the knocking in the engine. Went home and called 3 days later to let them know the light was back on the dash. Brought it back up and got another loaner, they called me 3 days later saying it was done. When i went to pick it up the clicking sound was fixed, the light was off the dash. It is now almost 2 weeks later and the light is back on the dash and the knocking in the engine that i mentioned and was ignored on is still continuing. I have driven a total of 15 hours back and forth as i live and hour and a half away and the problems i have been concerned with have not been fixed. This has completely turned me away from the company as i was excited about buying my first jeep.
