Comment : I wanted to respond to your recent message requesting feedback on my service experience — unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.

My 2024 hybrid Jeep (less than a year old) had to be towed to your dealership after it began shutting down while driving, a serious and potentially dangerous malfunction. Once it arrived, the vehicle remained at your location for four days. During that time, I never received a single call or update from your service department.

Each day, I had to call myself for any information. The responses were vague and inconsistent — I was told there were no rentals available and “no solutions” for that, that you didn’t know how long repairs might take, and that you didn’t yet know what was wrong. At one point, I was told the Jeep was being “charged and discharged” to fix the issue, but it never actually was charged at all. The following day, I was told it would be ready, but I had to pick it up after hours, with no paperwork, no service summary, and no explanation of what the issue was or what had been done.

To this day, I still have no record of the repair, despite being told it would be emailed to me.

This entire experience reflects a complete lack of communication, transparency, and accountability, especially for a nearly new vehicle with a potentially serious malfunction. It was deeply frustrating and disappointing — and not what I expected from a certified Jeep dealership.

I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it prompts improvement in how customers are updated, informed, and treated during service visits.
